About this task

Our global footprint across Asia, Oceania, Europe, and the Americas enables us to run 24-hour follow-the-sun workflows. Keywords Studios handles media localization and translation services for any project size, from indie to AAA games.

The Project Manager (PM) will consistently meet or exceed client expectations by ensuring exceptional service, quality, and cost efficiency. The PM is expected to manage projects of different sizes, genres and platforms and ensure their profitability, quality and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate and plan projects from start to finish
- Lead project planning and kick-off meetings
- Align with Global Resource Management Team on project resourcing
- Oversee project schedule and ensure timely delivery
- Communicate daily with clients, follow up on issues and changes
- Liaise with external vendors and internal resources
- Manage internal/external costs and monitor profit margins
- Manage project finances, including pre-invoice checks, WIP/accrual management, forecasts

Requirements:
- Experience in videogames and/or localization sectors
- Familiarity with production workflows
- Experience with CAT tools (especially memoQ)
- Good knowledge of PC and MS Office
- Excellent English communication skills
- Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Must be motivated and a team player

プロジェクトマネージャー（PM）は、すべてのプロジェクトにおいて、卓越したサービス、品質、コスト効率を確保することにより、クライアントの期待を継続的に満たすとともに期待を超えるように努めます。PMは、様々な規模、ジャンル、プラットフォームのプロジェクトを管理し、その収益性、品質、納期を確実に達成することが期待されます。

主な責任：
- プロジェクトを開始から終了まで見積もり・計画する
- プロジェクト計画プロセス、キックオフミーティングを主導する
- グローバルリソースマネジメントチームと連携してプロジェクトのリソースを調整する
- プロジェクトのスケジュールを監督し、すべての関係者が納期通りに納品できるよう管理する
- クライアントと日次でコミュニケーションを取り、課題や変更をフォローアップする
- 外部ベンダーおよび社内リソースと連携する
- 内部・外部コストの管理を行い、プロジェクトの利益率を監視する
- プロジェクトの財務管理（請求前確認、WIP/未払計上管理、予測など）

要件：
- ビデオゲームおよび/またはローカライゼーション分野での実務経験
- プロダクションワークフローに精通していること
- CATツール（特にmemoQ）の実務経験
- PCおよびMS Officeに関する十分な知識
- 優れた英語のコミュニケーション能力
- ビジネスレベルの日本語（JLPT N2以上）
- リモートでペースが速く複雑なグローバル環境において、プレッシャーの下でも締め切りを遵守できること
- 高い意欲を持ち、チームの一員として協働できること
