Multilingual Intent and Response Annotator

About this task

Remote part-time natural language annotation role. Annotators analyze user utterances and convert them into structured representations of intent to help language systems understand and respond to user requests.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and annotate user utterances according to project guidelines.
- Label user requests and AI responses so intent can be interpreted accurately.
- Identify, analyze, and escalate anomalies, trends, or recurring issues within assigned tasks.
- Communicate clearly with the Project Manager about progress, priorities, and risks.
- Follow all project guidelines, specifications, quality standards, metrics, and turnaround times.

Requirements:
- Native speaker of the target language.
- Ability to complete required onboarding and training.
- Availability to contribute 30–50 hours per month.
- Access to a macOS system, such as MacBook, iMac, Mac mini, or equivalent.
- Academic background in Linguistics, Philology, Translation, or a related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of annotation or data labeling experience preferred.
- Strong technical curiosity and ability to work across technical tools or environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues of varying complexity.
