Video Game Localization Tester - Multiple Languages

About this task

Job duties
Game localization QA for video games. Review localized game text, dialogue, UI, item names and other in-game content to ensure it is natural, accurate, consistent and culturally appropriate. Fix text issues and report bugs or language problems.

Requirements
・Native-level speaker of one of the target languages: English, French, Italian, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Latin American Spanish, European Spanish, Russian, Korean, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese
・Japanese conversational level, around JLPT N3
・Extensive experience playing video games
・Interest in games or entertainment
・Clear communication and teamwork skills

Preferred qualifications
・Experience working in a Japanese professional environment
・Business-level Japanese proficiency, JLPT N2 or higher
・Basic computer literacy
・Strong interest in video games

Location
Tokyo Lab, 6F/9F Nishi-Shinjuku Matsuya Building, 4-31-6 Yoyogi, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Nearest station: 5-minute walk from Hatsudai Station.

Compensation
Hourly wage: 1,250–1,400 JPY.
