Production Manager

About this task

Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract
Location: London, hybrid working
Working pattern: Three days per week in the office and two days from home. The first month is fully onsite for training.

Role:
Oversee the smooth running of dialogue-production projects from initial client brief through final delivery. Projects may range from independent mobile games to AAA console titles, as well as voice production for other technology and digital media. Projects may be produced in English or other localised languages.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from client requirements, budget and timeline definition through successful delivery against agreed milestones and quality levels.
- Set and manage overall project delivery, including allocating and managing work across multiple departments.
- Assess changing project requirements and adapt production plans and timelines.
- Manage high-volume work flexibly, prioritising workload and time effectively.
- Ensure project administration is completed accurately.
- Communicate problems or issues to management in a timely manner.
- Prepare recording scripts and essential assets for actors, directors and studio engineers.
- Track recording-session progress and adjust actor and director schedules as required.
- Manage script updates, production changes and asset deliveries throughout each project.
- Track final audio-asset deliverables by liaising with post-production teams.
- Work closely with clients, casting, post-production, actors, directors, studio engineers, freelancers, external vendors and internal departments.

Requirements:
- Production management experience in dialogue, voice, audio production, localisation or related digital media production.
- Strong organisation, communication, scheduling, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and changing information.
