Location: Vanves, Paris.
Contract: Eight-month fixed-term contract, with potential for renewal.
Salary: €28,000-€32,000 gross per annum.
Working arrangement: Hybrid flexibility, with regular attendance at the Vanves studio required.
Reports to: Head of Production.
About the role:
The role helps deliver dialogue and voice-production projects for the video games industry. You will manage appropriately sized projects while supporting Production Managers on larger and more complex productions. Projects may range from independent mobile games to AAA console titles and may involve recording in English or multiple localized languages. You will help take productions from client brief through casting, scheduling, recording and final audio delivery, keeping clients, talent, artistic directors, sound engineers and internal teams aligned while protecting quality, deadlines and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Turn client briefs into practical production plans, including cost estimates, recording schedules and required documentation.
- Coordinate auditions and recording sessions.
- Organize scripts and assets, book talent and studio resources, and keep clients informed of progress.
- Monitor changes to scripts, schedules and requirements, identifying impacts on budget or delivery date.
- Maintain project administration, including purchase orders, NDAs, talent documentation, cost tracking and final client costs.
- Support experienced Production Managers on larger projects with client communication, script preparation, session delivery and production tracking.
- Provide cover during periods of absence when needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in project coordination, production coordination or another role involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines and changing priorities.
- Professional communication with clients and external partners.
- Ability to work independently when necessary and contribute within a close-knit team.
- Strong attention to detail, especially with schedules, scripts, contractual documents and financial information.
