About this task
Role: Drive growth for the Game Audio division and broader co-development services in North America. The role focuses on expanding partnerships and revenue across game production services, including voice-over, dialogue recording, Foley production, game development, art production, QA, localization, localization QA, player support, datasets, and IT services for console, PC, and mobile game developers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business development for voice-over, Foley, and full-service game audio recording, alongside broader co-development capabilities.
- Build and maintain relationships with producers, audio directors, localization managers, and development leads across major and indie studios.
- Identify opportunities to expand engagement beyond audio into broader production partnerships.
- Track emerging trends in game audio, co-development, localization, and production pipelines.
- Expand the client base across North America and key global markets.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand project needs, recording and post-production requirements, and develop tailored proposals.
- Surface opportunities for complementary services such as QA, art production, player support, localization, and IT.
- Partner with audio production, localization, co-development, and global business development teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new services and technologies across audio and co-development verticals.
