Role Overview:
As a Linguistic Reviewer for English → Traditional Chinese (Taiwan), you will review content for the Taiwan market across diverse domains. You will ensure translations are accurate, culturally appropriate, consistent, and delivered on schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review English → Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) translations within agreed timelines.
- Ensure output meets quality standards and follows style guides, glossaries, and tone of voice.
- Perform linguistic quality checks (LQC/LQA) on third-party deliverables and report issues with clear category and severity.
- Provide constructive feedback to editors and translators to drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate and collaborate with project teams, share progress, flag risks, support client updates, and attend team meetings.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as an English → zh-TW translator or reviewer, freelance or in-house.
- Native speaker of Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) with strong English comprehension.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Linguistics, Translation, Localization, Communications, or related field.
- Strong team player and problem solver with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones.
- Preferred: experience in translation, copywriting, content management, or marketing; familiarity with gaming and IT terminology.
