SAP Operations Technician

About this task

岗位职责：
- 负责 SAP Business One 日常系统支持。
- 跟进用户提出的系统问题并推动解决。
- 配合生产、采购、仓库、库存等业务流程上线。
- 参与系统测试、UAT 及上线工作。
- 整理 SAP 操作流程、SOP 及相关文档。
- 协调公司内部人员及外部 SAP 顾问处理系统问题。

任职要求：
- 至少 1–2 年 SAP Business One 实际工作经验。
- 大专及以上学历，专业不限。
- 熟悉 SAP B1 采购、库存、销售、生产、财务等模块中的部分业务。
- 有制造业 SAP B1 经验优先。
- 责任心强，能够持续跟进并解决问题。
- 能够接受长期常驻墨西哥工作。
- 具备基础英语沟通能力者优先。

工作地点：墨西哥伊达尔戈州。
薪资：12-15k。

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily system support for SAP Business One.
- Follow up on system issues raised by users and drive them to resolution.
- Support the rollout of business processes including production, purchasing, warehouse, inventory and related workflows.
- Participate in system testing, UAT and go-live activities.
- Prepare SAP operating procedures, SOPs and related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal staff and external SAP consultants to resolve system issues.

Requirements:
- At least 1–2 years of hands-on SAP Business One experience.
- Associate degree or above; no specific major required.
- Familiarity with some SAP B1 modules and business processes such as purchasing, inventory, sales, production and finance.
- Manufacturing industry SAP B1 experience is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to continuously follow up on and solve problems.
- Willingness to be stationed in Mexico on a long-term basis.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
