About this task

岗位职责
1. 笔译：完成项目合同、商务文件、宣传资料等中葡双向翻译，确保准确流畅。
2. 口译：支持商务洽谈、会议、政府沟通等场景的同传或交传，保障沟通高效。
3. 维护翻译文件库，定期复盘并优化翻译质量。
4. 负责当地办公室日常运营，包括办公用品、环境维护、差旅及报销协助。
5. 整理归档行政及合同文件，协助收集当地市场、政策信息并进行初步分析。
6. 协调国内与当地团队沟通，接待来访，协助组织会议及活动。

任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，葡语相关专业，持葡语专四及以上证书优先。
2. 精通中葡双语，能熟练进行笔译和口译；懂莫桑比克方言优先，英语良好者优先。
3. 具备1-2年葡语翻译经验；有莫桑比克工作或生活经历、行政经验，或建筑、能源、贸易行业背景者优先。
4. 责任心强，细致抗压，具备沟通协调能力与海外适应力，无不良记录。

Responsibilities
1. Translation: Complete Chinese-Portuguese bidirectional translation of project contracts, business documents, promotional materials, and other materials, ensuring accuracy and fluency.
2. Interpretation: Support simultaneous or consecutive interpretation for business negotiations, meetings, government communications, and other scenarios to ensure efficient communication.
3. Maintain the translation document database and regularly review and improve translation quality.
4. Manage daily operations of the local office, including office supplies, workplace maintenance, travel arrangements, and reimbursement support.
5. Organize and archive administrative and contract documents, and assist in collecting and preliminarily analyzing local market and policy information.
6. Coordinate communication between domestic and local teams, receive visitors, and assist in organizing meetings and events.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Portuguese or a related major; Portuguese proficiency certificate TEM-4 or above is preferred.
2. Proficiency in Chinese and Portuguese, with strong written translation and interpretation skills; knowledge of Mozambican dialects is preferred, and good English skills are a plus.
3. 1-2 years of Portuguese translation experience; experience working or living in Mozambique, administrative experience, or a background in construction, energy, or trade is preferred.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, good communication and coordination skills, overseas adaptability, and no adverse record.
