岗位职责
1. 全面负责赞比亚国别整体经营管理,统筹当地物流、车队、仓库、供应链配套、园区运营、客户维护等业务,对国别业绩、利润和团队管理负责。
2. 负责当地市场开拓、客户资源开发和合作渠道维护,提升区域市场占有率与业务营收。
3. 统筹项目落地执行,包括物流、车辆运维、园区管理、供应链配套业务的流程优化、成本管控和风险把控。
4. 负责赞比亚当地团队搭建、人员管理、日常工作统筹和跨部门协同,规范属地化运营管理制度。
5. 处理国别日常经营事务、商务洽谈及对外关系维护。
6. 负责国别经营数据复盘、月度/年度经营汇报,制定区域年度经营目标、发展规划及落地策略。
7. 配合集团战略部署,落地业务拓展、园区运营升级、供应链体系建设等重点工作。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历,3年以上非洲常驻工作经验;有赞比亚/非洲本地物流、车队、供应链、贸易从业经验者优先。
2. 熟悉非洲当地物流市场、园区运营和本地合作模式,具备独立开拓市场、洽谈合作、获取项目的能力。
3. 具备海外国别操盘、团队管理、经营管控经验,有较强的商务谈判、资源整合和问题攻坚能力。
4. 抗压能力强,适应长期海外驻派,认可海外实业发展节奏,稳定性强、责任心强。
5. 熟悉海外属地化运营、合规管理和成本管控,能独立处理国别各类经营及突发事务。
6. 英语流利,可作为日常工作沟通语言。
Job Responsibilities
1. Take overall responsibility for country-level business management in Zambia, overseeing local logistics, fleet, warehousing, supply chain support, park operations, customer maintenance and related businesses, and be accountable for country performance, profit and team management.
2. Lead local market development, customer acquisition and partner channel maintenance to increase regional market share and business revenue.
3. Coordinate project implementation, including process optimization, cost control and risk management for logistics, vehicle operations and maintenance, park management and supply chain support services.
4. Build and manage the local team in Zambia, coordinate daily work and cross-department collaboration, and standardize localized operation management systems.
5. Handle daily country-level operations, business negotiations and external relationship management.
6. Review country-level operating data, prepare monthly and annual business reports, and formulate annual regional business goals, development plans and implementation strategies.
7. Support group strategic deployment and implement key initiatives such as business expansion, park operation upgrades and supply chain system development.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of resident work experience in Africa; experience in local logistics, fleet, supply chain or trade in Zambia/Africa is preferred.
2. Familiar with the local African logistics market, park operations and local cooperation models, with the ability to independently develop markets, negotiate partnerships and secure projects.
3. Experience in overseas country-level business operations, team management and business control, with strong business negotiation, resource integration and problem-solving capabilities.
4. Strong ability to work under pressure, able to adapt to long-term overseas assignment, aligned with the pace of overseas industrial development, stable and responsible.
5. Familiar with overseas localized operations, compliance management and cost control, and able to independently handle various country-level operational and emergency matters.
6. Fluent English, able to use it as a daily working language.
