Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all factory positions, from production operators to line leaders and administrative staff.
- Develop local sourcing strategies and build relationships with technical schools, recruitment agencies, and community organizations.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the team and compliant with local regulations.
2. HR Operations & Compliance:
- Establish and manage local HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in full compliance with Thai labor law.
- Ensure payroll accuracy in collaboration with the C&B team.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering open communication and trust.
- Proactively manage employee relations, conduct investigations when necessary, and provide counsel to managers.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and activities that enhance morale and reinforce company culture.
4. Performance & Talent Management:
- Implement the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Work with line managers and stakeholders to identify training needs, especially in quality control, production techniques, and safety.
- Support succession planning and career development for key roles within the factory.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory environment within Thailand is required.
- In-depth knowledge of Thai labor law, social security, and HR best practices.
- Full proficiency in Thai is essential.
- Proven ability to build HR processes from scratch in a start-up or new setup environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office.
