About this task

岗位职责
1. 负责海外数据中心项目全流程商务管理，覆盖招投标、合同管理、成本管控、变更索赔、结算回款等工作。
2. 熟悉数据中心造价体系与东南亚工程商务规则，开展工程量核算、成本测算、经营分析等工作。
3. 牵头商务谈判与合同履约管控，识别项目商务风险并制定防控措施，处理项目变更、索赔及反索赔事宜。
4. 独立对接业主、咨询单位及属地商务合作方，开展英文商务沟通与正式函件往来。
5. 负责商务资料整理归档，配合项目经营考核与结算审计工作，保障项目经营目标达成。

任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，机电、电气、弱电智能化、工程造价等相关专业背景。
2. 具备3年以上机电工程项目商务管理经验，具备至少1个大型数据中心项目商务管理经验。
3. 熟悉国内、印尼本地及国际工程商务规则、数据中心造价体系与合同规范，了解东南亚工程市场合规要求。
4. 具备招投标、合同管理、成本管控、变更索赔、结算回款全流程商务管控能力，可独立开展商务谈判与风险防控。
5. 具备流利的英文商务沟通与读写能力，可独立开展英文项目商务对接；有印尼语基础者优先。
6. 统筹意识强、抗压性好，能够长期驻外开展工作。

地点：印度尼西亚雅加达。
薪资：20-25k。

Responsibilities
1. Manage the full commercial process for an overseas data center project, covering tendering and bidding, contract management, cost control, variations and claims, settlement, and payment collection.
2. Apply knowledge of data center cost systems and Southeast Asian engineering commercial practices to perform quantity calculations, cost estimates, and business analysis.
3. Lead commercial negotiations and contract performance control, identify commercial risks, develop mitigation measures, and handle variations, claims, and counterclaims.
4. Independently liaise with the client, consultants, and local commercial partners, conducting business communication and formal correspondence in English.
5. Organize and archive commercial documents, support project performance assessment and settlement audits, and help achieve project commercial objectives.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical and electrical engineering, electrical engineering, ELV/intelligent systems, engineering cost management, or a related field.
2. More than 3 years of commercial management experience in MEP engineering projects, including commercial management experience on at least one large-scale data center project.
3. Familiarity with domestic, Indonesian local, and international engineering commercial rules, data center cost systems, and contract standards; understanding of compliance requirements in the Southeast Asian engineering market.
4. Ability to manage the full commercial process, including tendering, contract management, cost control, variations and claims, settlement, and payment collection; able to conduct commercial negotiations and risk control independently.
5. Fluent English business communication, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to independently handle English project commercial communication; basic Indonesian language skills are preferred.
6. Strong coordination awareness and resilience under pressure, with the ability to work overseas on a long-term basis.
