Data Center Project Technical Engineer

About this task

岗位职责：
1. 负责海外数据中心项目全流程技术管理，包括技术方案编制、图纸会审、技术交底、现场技术攻关等工作。
2. 对照国内、印尼本地及国际数据中心技术规范、施工工艺与验收标准，把控项目技术合规性与方案可行性。
3. 对接设计单位处理设计变更与技术洽商，优化施工技术方案，解决项目实施中的关键技术难题。
4. 指导现场施工技术落地，开展技术培训与作业交底，配合质量验收与竣工技术资料编制。
5. 运用英语独立开展项目技术对接与函件往来，配合业主、咨询单位的技术审核工作。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，机电、电气、弱电智能化等相关专业背景。
2. 具备3年以上机电工程项目技术管理经验，至少有1个大型数据中心项目技术管理经验。
3. 熟悉国内、印尼本地及国际数据中心技术规范、施工工艺与验收标准。
4. 具备技术方案编制、图纸会审、技术交底、现场技术攻关、设计变更对接等全流程技术管控能力。
5. 具备良好的英文技术沟通与读写能力，可运用英语独立开展项目技术对接；有印尼语基础者优先。
6. 统筹意识强、抗压性好，能够长期驻外开展工作。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for full-process technical management of overseas data center projects, including preparation of technical solutions, drawing review, technical briefings, and on-site technical problem solving.
2. Ensure technical compliance and feasibility of project solutions by referring to Chinese, Indonesian local, and international data center technical specifications, construction methods, and acceptance standards.
3. Coordinate with design organizations on design changes and technical consultations, optimize construction technical solutions, and resolve key technical issues during project implementation.
4. Guide on-site implementation of construction technologies, provide technical training and work briefings, and support quality acceptance and preparation of as-built technical documentation.
5. Independently conduct technical coordination and correspondence in English, and support technical reviews by the owner and consulting parties.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in mechanical and electrical engineering, electrical engineering, low-voltage intelligent systems, or related fields.
2. More than 3 years of technical management experience in mechanical and electrical engineering projects, with technical management experience in at least one large-scale data center project.
3. Familiar with Chinese, Indonesian local, and international data center technical specifications, construction methods, and acceptance standards.
4. Capable of full-process technical control, including technical solution preparation, drawing review, technical briefings, on-site technical problem solving, and coordination of design changes.
5. Good technical communication, reading, and writing skills in English, with the ability to independently conduct project technical coordination in English; basic Indonesian language skills are preferred.
6. Strong coordination awareness, good stress tolerance, and willingness to work overseas on a long-term basis.
