岗位职责：
1. 负责海外数据中心项目现场机电/弱电智能化专业的施工执行管理，落实施工进度、质量、安全各项管控要求。
2. 依据数据中心建设规范与施工图纸，开展现场技术交底、工序旁站、分部分项验收等工作，及时协调解决现场施工技术问题。
3. 配合项目经理协调现场分包队伍、属地劳务及各方资源，保障各施工节点按期完成。
4. 负责现场施工日志、技术资料的编制、整理与归档，配合项目竣工验收及竣工交付工作。
5. 落实海外项目现场安全文明施工要求，管控属地施工合规风险。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，机电、电气、弱电智能化等相关专业背景。
2. 具备3年以上机电工程项目管理经验，具备至少1个大型数据中心项目履约管理经验。
3. 熟悉国内、马来西亚的数据中心规范、验收标准。
4. 具备较强的项目进度、质量综合管控能力。
5. 具备英语沟通能力者优先。
6. 统筹意识强、抗压性好，能够长期驻外开展工作。

Salary: 20-25k

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for onsite construction execution management for MEP, ELV, and intelligent systems disciplines in an overseas data center project, implementing requirements for schedule, quality, and safety control.
2. Conduct onsite technical briefings, process supervision, and sectional/sub-item acceptance based on data center construction standards and drawings, and promptly coordinate solutions to onsite technical issues.
3. Support the project manager in coordinating onsite subcontractors, local labor, and relevant resources to ensure construction milestones are completed on schedule.
4. Prepare, organize, and archive onsite construction logs and technical documents, and support project completion acceptance and handover.
5. Implement overseas onsite safety and civilized construction requirements, and manage local construction compliance risks.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical and electrical engineering, electrical engineering, ELV/intelligent systems, or related fields.
2. More than 3 years of MEP project management experience, with delivery management experience in at least one large-scale data center project.
3. Familiar with data center codes and acceptance standards in China and Malaysia.
4. Strong capability in integrated project schedule and quality control.
5. English communication skills are preferred.
6. Strong coordination mindset and ability to work under pressure; able to be stationed overseas long term.
