About this task

岗位职责
1. 全面负责海外数据中心项目的全周期履约管理，统筹项目进度、质量、安全、成本及团队建设，确保各项管控目标落地达成。
2. 牵头对接业主、监理、分包商及属地合作方，协调解决项目实施中的重大技术、商务及现场管理问题。
3. 严格把控数据中心建设合规性，对照国内、印尼本地及国际数据中心规范与验收标准，管控项目技术方案与施工质量。
4. 统筹项目商务经营工作，牵头合同履约、变更索赔、结算回款等关键环节，管控项目成本与各类经营风险。
5. 负责项目团队的日常管理、资源调配与能力建设，整合内外部资源保障项目高效推进。
6. 落实海外项目属地化合规要求，管控当地政策、劳工、法务等属地风险，确保项目合法合规运营。

任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，机电、电气、弱电智能化等相关专业背景。
2. 具备10年以上机电工程项目管理经验，具备至少1个大型数据中心项目全周期履约管理经验。
3. 熟悉国内、印尼本地及国际数据中心全套规范、验收标准。
4. 具备对项目进度、质量、安全、成本及团队的全面综合管控能力。
5. 具备商务与技术双语沟通能力，可独立开展英文项目对接协调。
6. 统筹意识强、抗压性好，能够长期驻外开展工作。

Job Responsibilities
1. Take full responsibility for end-to-end delivery management of overseas data center projects, coordinating project schedule, quality, safety, cost control, and team development to ensure all management objectives are achieved.
2. Lead communication with owners, supervisors, subcontractors, and local partners, and coordinate solutions to major technical, commercial, and on-site management issues during project execution.
3. Strictly control compliance in data center construction, managing technical plans and construction quality against Chinese, Indonesian local, and international data center codes and acceptance standards.
4. Oversee project commercial operations, leading key processes such as contract performance, variation claims, final settlement, and payment collection, while controlling project costs and commercial risks.
5. Manage the project team’s daily operations, resource allocation, and capability development, integrating internal and external resources to ensure efficient project progress.
6. Implement localization compliance requirements for overseas projects, manage local policy, labor, and legal risks, and ensure lawful and compliant project operations.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a background in mechanical and electrical engineering, electrical engineering, low-voltage intelligent systems, or related fields.
2. More than 10 years of experience in mechanical and electrical engineering project management, including end-to-end delivery management experience for at least one large-scale data center project.
3. Familiar with complete Chinese, Indonesian local, and international data center codes and acceptance standards.
4. Strong comprehensive management capability across project schedule, quality, safety, cost, and team management.
5. Bilingual communication capability in commercial and technical contexts, with the ability to independently coordinate project matters in English.
6. Strong overall coordination mindset and stress tolerance, with the ability to work overseas on a long-term basis.
