About this task

岗位职责：
1. 全面负责海外数据中心项目的全周期履约管理，统筹项目进度、质量、安全、成本及团队建设，确保各项管控目标落地达成。
2. 牵头对接业主、监理、分包商及属地合作方，协调解决项目实施中的重大技术、商务及现场管理问题。
3. 严格把控数据中心建设合规性，对照国内、马来西亚本地及国际数据中心规范与验收标准，管控项目技术方案与施工质量。
4. 统筹项目商务经营工作，牵头合同履约、变更索赔、结算回款等关键环节，管控项目成本与各类经营风险。
5. 负责项目团队的日常管理、资源调配与能力建设，整合内外部资源保障项目高效推进。
6. 落实海外项目属地化合规要求，管控当地政策、劳工、法务等属地风险，确保项目合法合规运营。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，机电、电气、弱电智能化等相关专业背景。
2. 具备10年以上机电工程项目管理经验，具备至少1个大型数据中心项目全周期履约管理经验。
3. 熟悉国内、马来西亚本地及国际数据中心全套规范、验收标准。
4. 具备对项目进度、质量、安全、成本及团队的全面综合管控能力。
5. 具备商务与技术双语沟通能力，可独立开展英文项目对接协调。
6. 统筹意识强、抗压性好，能够长期驻外开展工作。

工作地点：马来西亚吉隆坡
薪资：25-30k

Job Responsibilities:
1. Take full responsibility for the full-cycle delivery management of overseas data center projects, coordinating project schedule, quality, safety, cost, and team development to ensure all control objectives are achieved.
2. Lead communication with owners, supervisors, subcontractors, and local partners, and coordinate the resolution of major technical, commercial, and on-site management issues during project implementation.
3. Strictly control compliance in data center construction, managing technical solutions and construction quality against domestic, Malaysian local, and international data center standards and acceptance requirements.
4. Oversee project commercial operations, leading key processes such as contract performance, variation claims, settlement, and payment collection, while controlling project costs and operational risks.
5. Manage the project team on a day-to-day basis, allocate resources, build capabilities, and integrate internal and external resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
6. Implement local compliance requirements for overseas projects, manage local policy, labor, legal, and other risks, and ensure lawful and compliant project operations.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a background in mechanical and electrical engineering, electrical engineering, ELV/intelligent systems, or related fields.
2. More than 10 years of experience in M&E project management, including full-cycle delivery management experience for at least one large-scale data center project.
3. Familiar with the full set of domestic, Malaysian local, and international data center standards and acceptance requirements.
4. Strong comprehensive management capabilities across project schedule, quality, safety, cost, and team management.
5. Bilingual business and technical communication skills, with the ability to independently conduct project coordination in English.
6. Strong overall planning awareness and resilience under pressure, with the ability to work overseas on a long-term basis.
