岗位职责:
1、全面负责津巴布韦矿山项目整体财务工作,统筹全盘会计核算,规范账务处理、月末结账、财务报表编制,按时向集团报送财务资料。
2、搭建并落地项目财务管理制度、内控审批流程,管控资金、成本、资产、费用,防范财务风险。
3、负责预算管理和经营财务分析,跟踪预算执行情况,为矿山生产经营决策提供财务支撑。
4、负责当地税务申报和税务合规管理,对接津巴布韦税务、银行、审计等外部机构,处理跨境资金相关工作。
5、管理当地财务团队,做好人员分工和工作督导;协调集团财务部与海外项目财务对接工作。
6、落实集团各项财务要求,统筹审计配合、资产盘点、往来清理等相关工作。
任职资格:
1、财务、会计、审计相关专业,硕士学历;持有注册会计师 CPA 证书。
2、英语流利,可作为工作语言,能够独立开展英文商务沟通、审阅外文财税文件。
3、具备上市公司或国内大型知名企业高级财务管理经验,熟悉全盘财务统筹管理。
4、能够长期常驻津巴布韦;熟悉海外子公司财务管控模式,有矿业行业财务经验优先。
5、原则性强,风险意识突出,具备优秀的跨文化沟通、团队管理与独立解决问题能力。

Salary: 30-50k
Responsibilities:
1. Take full responsibility for the overall finance function of the mining project in Zimbabwe, including full-cycle accounting, standardized bookkeeping, month-end closing, preparation of financial statements, and timely submission of financial materials to the group.
2. Build and implement project financial management systems and internal control approval processes; manage funds, costs, assets, and expenses, and prevent financial risks.
3. Be responsible for budget management and business financial analysis; track budget execution and provide financial support for mining production and operating decisions.
4. Handle local tax filing and tax compliance management; liaise with tax authorities, banks, auditors, and other external institutions in Zimbabwe, and manage cross-border funding matters.
5. Manage the local finance team, including work allocation and supervision; coordinate finance-related communication between the group finance department and the overseas project.
6. Implement the group’s financial requirements and coordinate audit support, asset inventory, accounts reconciliation, and related work.
Requirements:
1. Master’s degree in finance, accounting, auditing, or a related field; CPA certification required.
2. Fluent English as a working language, with the ability to conduct business communication in English and review foreign-language finance and tax documents independently.
3. Senior financial management experience in a listed company or a large well-known domestic enterprise, with familiarity in overall finance management.
4. Able to be stationed in Zimbabwe long term; experience in financial control of overseas subsidiaries and mining industry finance is preferred.
5. Strong principles and risk awareness, with excellent cross-cultural communication, team management, and independent problem-solving skills.
