About this task

岗位职责：
1、负责子公司的整体财务管理工作，包括财务预算、财务报表编制及分析；
2、制定并优化财务管理流程，确保财务数据的准确性和及时性；
3、参与公司重大经济活动的财务风险评估，提出有效的风险管理措施；
4、审核各类财务报告，确保其合规性和准确性；
5、协调内外部审计工作，配合完成年度审计任务；
6、进行成本分析与管理，控制成本支出，提高经济效益；
7、推动财务信息化建设，提升财务管理效率。

岗位要求：
1、工业电机制造行业5年以上财务管理相关工作经验；
2、熟悉审计流程和成本分析与管理方法；
3、具有较强的财务管理能力和数据分析能力；
4、具备良好的团队管理和沟通协调能力，良好的职业操守和服务意识，有较强的责任心和执行力；
5、持有注册会计师（CPA）或国际注册内部审计师（CIA）等专业资格证书者优先；
6、具备优秀的英文读写能力。

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the overall financial management of the subsidiary, including financial budgeting, preparation of financial statements, and analysis;
2. Establish and optimize financial management processes to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data;
3. Participate in financial risk assessments for major business activities and propose effective risk management measures;
4. Review various financial reports to ensure compliance and accuracy;
5. Coordinate internal and external audit work and support the completion of annual audit tasks;
6. Conduct cost analysis and management, control cost expenditures, and improve economic efficiency;
7. Promote the development of financial information systems to improve financial management efficiency.

Requirements:
1. More than 5 years of financial management experience in the industrial motor manufacturing industry;
2. Familiar with audit processes and cost analysis and management methods;
3. Strong financial management and data analysis capabilities;
4. Good team management, communication, and coordination skills, professional ethics and service awareness, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution;
5. CPA or CIA certification is preferred;
6. Excellent English reading and writing skills.
