About this task
工作职责:
1. 精通动设备结构原理、安装规范(API、ASME、ISO等)、对中找正、动平衡调试等技术,熟悉振动分析、润滑油检测等常见故障诊断方法。
2. 了解油气及石油化工工艺流程,包括湿气分离、凝析油稳定、脱酸脱水、丙烷制冷、硫回收、消防水系统、水处理系统、压缩空气及仪表空气系统等,掌握动设备在流程中的作用及高温、高压、腐蚀性介质等工况要求。
3. 熟悉施工方案、进度计划及资源调配的编制与审核,能够与土建、管道等专业协同推进安装施工。
4. 掌握大型压缩机组分体安装、联轴器对中、吊装计算、垫铁布置、管道应力分析、激光对中、热态对中、冷紧值计算等技术。
5. 掌握单机试验、预试车等技术,能够处理试验及预试车期间的技术问题和机械故障,了解设备及成套设备控制逻辑。
6. 熟悉API 610、API 617、API 686及GB 50231等石油化工行业及国内相关标准规范。
7. 能使用工程设计软件、振动分析软件、项目管理软件及相关工具,具备成本与变更管理能力。
8. 能解决动设备与管道、仪表、电气等专业之间的施工界面冲突,协调试车及仪表、电气投运顺序。
9. 参与设备材料验货、FAT、SAT,协调管理厂商及第三方现场工作。
10. 识别施工及调试风险,提出、编制和审核解决方案,确保施工符合防爆、防火、防雷等规范要求。
11. 熟练使用数据表、规格书、流程图、材料清单(BOQ)等设计文件。
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历,机械工程、过程装备与控制工程、化工机械等相关专业,石油化工或化工类院校背景优先。
2. 熟悉油气及石化行业标准,如API、ASME、GB/T 50430等。
3. 熟练使用常用办公软件及工具。
4. 至少10年以上油气、石化或化工行业工程项目经验,主导过至少2个大型油气工程项目的动设备安装。
5. 熟悉压缩机、泵、风机、膨胀机等主流厂商设备特性,并有供应商技术团队合作经验。
6. 具备成套设备技术管理经验。
7. 持有注册一级建造师(机电工程)或机械工程师证书者优先。
8. 具备海外项目经验,能适应英语工作环境,英语口语四级及以上水平,英文交流流畅。
9. 具备良好的沟通、表达、组织和协调能力,责任心强,工作严谨,抗压能力强,能够快速响应现场突发问题并提出替代方案。
10. 无不良诚信和犯罪记录。

薪资:30-40k·15薪。
Responsibilities:
1. Be proficient in the structural principles and installation standards of rotating equipment, including API, ASME and ISO standards, alignment, balancing and commissioning; be familiar with common troubleshooting methods such as vibration analysis and lubricating oil testing.
2. Understand oil, gas and petrochemical process flows, including wet gas separation, condensate stabilization, acid gas removal and dehydration, propane refrigeration, sulfur recovery, fire water systems, water treatment systems, compressed air and instrument air systems; understand the role of rotating equipment in the process and operating conditions such as high temperature, high pressure and corrosive media.
3. Be familiar with preparing and reviewing construction plans, schedules and resource allocation plans, and coordinate installation work with civil, piping and other disciplines.
4. Master technologies including split installation of large compressor packages, coupling alignment, lifting calculations, shim arrangement, piping stress analysis, laser alignment, hot alignment and cold tightening value calculation.
5. Master single-machine testing and pre-commissioning techniques, handle technical issues and mechanical failures during testing and pre-commissioning, and understand control logic for equipment and packaged units.
6. Be familiar with petrochemical industry and domestic standards such as API 610, API 617, API 686 and GB 50231.
7. Use engineering design software, vibration analysis software, project management software and related tools, with cost and change management capability.
8. Resolve construction interface conflicts between rotating equipment and piping, instrumentation, electrical and other disciplines, and coordinate commissioning sequences for instrumentation and electrical systems.
9. Participate in equipment and material inspection, FAT and SAT, and coordinate vendors and third-party site work.
10. Identify construction and commissioning risks, propose, prepare and review solutions, and ensure construction complies with explosion-proof, fire protection and lightning protection requirements.
11. Be proficient in using design documents such as data sheets, specifications, process flow diagrams and bills of quantities (BOQ).
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Process Equipment and Control Engineering, Chemical Machinery or related fields; background from a petrochemical or chemical engineering institution is preferred.
2. Familiarity with oil, gas and petrochemical industry standards such as API, ASME and GB/T 50430.
3. Proficiency in common office software and tools.
4. At least 10 years of engineering project experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical or chemical industries, with experience leading rotating equipment installation for at least two large oil and gas engineering projects.
5. Familiarity with equipment characteristics of mainstream manufacturers, including compressors, pumps, fans and expanders, and experience working with supplier technical teams.
6. Experience in technical management of packaged equipment.
7. A Class I Registered Constructor certificate in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or a Mechanical Engineer certificate is preferred.
8. Overseas project experience, ability to work in an English-speaking environment, CET-4 oral English level or above, and fluent English communication skills.
9. Strong communication, expression, organization and coordination skills; strong sense of responsibility, rigorous work attitude, ability to work under pressure, and ability to respond quickly to site emergencies with alternative solutions.
10. No adverse integrity or criminal record.

Salary: 30-40k · 15 months.
