工作职责:
1. 负责油气、石化或化工项目静设备相关技术与现场管理工作,熟悉塔器、反应器、储罐、球罐、换热器、锅炉等静设备的结构特点、安装工艺及验收标准。
2. 掌握常用材料(碳钢、不锈钢、镍基合金等)特性,熟悉焊接工艺(SMAW、GTAW等)及无损检测(RT、UT、PT、MT等)。
3. 了解防腐、衬里、阴极保护及保温层施工技术。
4. 掌握大型及超限设备吊装方案制定,熟悉吊车选型、索具计算及地基承载力校核。
5. 负责或参与塔器分段组对、找正,控制直线度与垂直度;熟悉换热器管束抽装、管板胀接及焊接工艺。
6. 熟悉水压试验、气压试验、气密性试验等压力试验标准执行、试验压力计算、保压时间控制及安全防护措施。
7. 熟练掌握ASME BPVC、API 650、API 560、EN 13445、GB 150、GB 50128、NB/T 47003等国际国内标准规范。
8. 能使用3D建模、仿真及有限元分析工具进行设备布置、干涉检查和应力评估,参与数字化交付,优化设备安装顺序,减少现场冲突。
9. 了解石油化工工艺流程,包括湿气分离、凝析油稳定、脱酸脱水、丙烷制冷、硫回收、消防水系统、水处理系统、压缩空气及仪表空气系统等,理解静设备在流程中的作用及高温、高压、腐蚀性介质等工况要求。
10. 具备成本与变更管理能力,能够协调静设备与管道、仪表、电气等专业的施工界面,协调试车及投运顺序。
11. 参与设备材料验货、FAT、SAT,协调管理厂商及第三方现场工作。
12. 识别施工及调试风险,包括高空作业、受限空间等高风险活动,提出、编制、审核解决方案,确保施工符合防爆、防火、防雷等规范。
13. 熟练使用数据表、规格书、流程图、材料清单(BOQ)等设计文件。
任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,机械工程、过程装备与控制工程、化工机械等相关专业,石油化工、化工及储运类院校背景优先。
2. 熟悉油气及石化行业标准,如API、ASME、GB/T 50430等。
3. 熟练使用常用办公软件及相关工具。
4. 至少10年以上油气、石化或化工行业项目经验,主导过至少3个大型油气工程项目的静设备安装。
5. 熟悉反应器、吸收塔、储罐、球罐、换热器、压力容器等主流厂商设备特性,并有与供应商技术团队合作经验。
6. 具备成套设备技术管理经验。
7. 持有注册一级建造师(机电工程)、压力容器设计/制造/安装资质、焊接工程师(CWI/IWE)者优先。
8. 具备海外项目经验,能适应英语工作环境,英语口语四级及以上水平,英文交流流畅。
9. 具备良好的沟通、表达、组织、协调和跨专业协作能力。
10. 能快速响应现场突发问题并提出替代方案,责任心强,工作严谨,具备较强抗压能力和风险承担意识。
11. 无不良诚信和犯罪记录。

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for technical and site management work related to static equipment in oil and gas, petrochemical, or chemical projects. Be familiar with the structural characteristics, installation processes, and acceptance standards of static equipment such as towers, reactors, storage tanks, spherical tanks, heat exchangers, and boilers.
2. Master the properties of commonly used materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and nickel-based alloys, and be familiar with welding processes such as SMAW and GTAW, as well as non-destructive testing methods such as RT, UT, PT, and MT.
3. Understand anti-corrosion, lining, cathodic protection, and insulation construction technologies.
4. Master the preparation of lifting plans for large and over-limit equipment, and be familiar with crane selection, rigging calculations, and foundation bearing capacity checks.
5. Be responsible for or participate in segmented assembly and alignment of towers, controlling straightness and verticality; be familiar with heat exchanger tube bundle extraction and installation, tube sheet expansion, and welding processes.
6. Be familiar with the implementation of pressure test standards including hydrostatic tests, pneumatic tests, and leak tests, as well as test pressure calculation, pressure holding time control, and safety protection measures.
7. Have a strong command of international and domestic standards and codes, including ASME BPVC, API 650, API 560, EN 13445, GB 150, GB 50128, and NB/T 47003.
8. Use 3D modeling, simulation, and finite element analysis tools for equipment layout, clash checks, and stress evaluation; participate in digital delivery and optimize equipment installation sequences to reduce site conflicts.
9. Understand petrochemical process flows, including wet gas separation, condensate stabilization, acid gas removal and dehydration, propane refrigeration, sulfur recovery, fire water systems, water treatment systems, compressed air and instrument air systems, and understand the role of static equipment in the process and operating requirements under high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive media conditions.
10. Have cost and change management capabilities, coordinate construction interfaces between static equipment and piping, instrumentation, electrical and other disciplines, and coordinate commissioning and start-up sequences.
11. Participate in equipment and material inspection, FAT, and SAT, and coordinate vendors and third-party site work.
12. Identify construction and commissioning risks, including high-altitude work and confined space work, propose, prepare, and review solutions, and ensure construction complies with explosion-proof, fire protection, and lightning protection requirements.
13. Be proficient in using design documents such as data sheets, specifications, process flow diagrams, and bills of quantities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, process equipment and control engineering, chemical machinery, or related fields; background from petrochemical, chemical, or storage and transportation institutions is preferred.
2. Familiar with oil and gas and petrochemical industry standards such as API, ASME, and GB/T 50430.
3. Proficient in commonly used office software and related tools.
4. At least 10 years of project experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, or chemical industry, with experience leading static equipment installation for at least three large-scale oil and gas engineering projects.
5. Familiar with equipment characteristics of mainstream vendors, including reactors, absorption towers, storage tanks, spherical tanks, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels, and experienced in cooperating with supplier technical teams.
6. Experience in technical management of packaged equipment.
7. Candidates with qualifications such as Class I Registered Constructor in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, pressure vessel design/manufacturing/installation qualifications, or welding engineer certification such as CWI/IWE are preferred.
8. Overseas project experience is required; able to adapt to an English working environment, with spoken English at CET-4 level or above and fluent English communication skills.
9. Good communication, presentation, organization, coordination, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
10. Able to respond quickly to site emergencies and propose alternative solutions; strong sense of responsibility, rigorous work attitude, strong pressure resistance, and willingness to take risks and responsibilities.
