About this task

职责描述：
1、负责公司油气处理EPC项目的工艺技术支持与指导，建立并完善覆盖前端工程设计、详细设计、采购施工及调试运行的全周期工艺技术管理体系。
2、协助拟开发项目的前期研究，从工艺流程比选、物料平衡计算、关键设备选型等方面进行技术论证，为项目决策提供专业依据。
3、主持项目总体规划设计方案，重点主导核心工艺路线、模块化设计方案及总图布局的制定与评审，保障项目技术竞争力。
4、为投标报价提供技术指导，组织编制工艺技术方案、P&ID、物料平衡及热工水力计算书，估算工程量与设备清单，为商务报价提供依据。
5、跟踪国内外油气处理前沿工艺技术，如高效分离、脱酸脱水、LNG液化等，推动新工艺、新技术落地，提升国际市场工艺技术竞争力。
6、负责工程设计重大变更及工艺相关工程变更的综合审核，从工艺可行性、上下游衔接、设备适应性等维度进行把关，确保变更方案技术合理、安全可靠。
7、主持重大技术问题决策，指导并审核项目总体技术方案及重大技改方案，重点把控关键工艺参数及核心设备选型，确保工艺技术路线保持先进性。
8、参加公司级设计评审，对P&ID、工艺计算书、设备规格书等设计成果进行专业把关，确保设计方案满足合同要求、国际标准及业主性能保证指标。
9、在工艺方案设计阶段落实HAZOP、SIL等安全分析，识别环境因素和危险源，降低工艺安全风险；遵守HSE管理要求，参与培训及应急演练。
10、完成其他技术任务，并支持工艺团队人才培养。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，化工工艺、石油工程、油气储运等相关专业。
2、10年以上油气工程经验，其中不少于5年海外油气处理EPC项目工艺技术管理或总工经历。
3、精通油气处理全流程工艺，具备丰富的流程设计与优化经验；具备技术创新能力，能推动新工艺落地；熟练使用相关设计软件。
4、英语流利，可作为工作语言与外方进行技术交流及全英文文件编制。
5、职业操守良好，细致严谨，思维敏捷；具备技术保密意识和跨文化沟通协调能力；责任心强。
工作地点：阿联酋阿布扎比。
薪资：40-70k·15薪。

Responsibilities:
1. Provide process technical support and guidance for oil and gas processing EPC projects, and establish and improve a full-cycle process technology management system covering front-end engineering design, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operation.
2. Support early-stage studies for proposed projects, conducting technical evaluations on process route comparison, material balance calculations, and key equipment selection to provide professional input for project decisions.
3. Lead overall project planning and design schemes, focusing on the development and review of core process routes, modular design schemes, and general layout plans to ensure technical competitiveness.
4. Provide technical guidance for bidding and quotation, organize the preparation of process technical proposals, P&IDs, material balance documents, and thermal/hydraulic calculation reports, and accurately estimate quantities and equipment lists to support commercial quotations.
5. Track advanced oil and gas processing technologies in China and overseas, such as high-efficiency separation, acid gas removal, dehydration, and LNG liquefaction, and promote the implementation of new processes and technologies to strengthen competitiveness in the international market.
6. Review major engineering design changes and process-related engineering changes from the perspectives of process feasibility, upstream and downstream interfaces, and equipment adaptability to ensure technically sound, safe, and reliable solutions.
7. Lead decision-making on major technical issues, guide and review overall technical schemes and major technical improvement plans, and control key process parameters and core equipment selection to keep process technology routes advanced.
8. Participate in company-level design reviews, professionally review deliverables such as P&IDs, process calculation reports, and equipment specifications, and ensure designs meet contract requirements, international standards, and owner performance guarantees.
9. Implement HAZOP, SIL, and other safety analyses during process design, identify environmental factors and hazards, reduce process safety risks, comply with HSE requirements, and participate in training and emergency drills.
10. Complete other technical tasks and support talent development within the process engineering team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in chemical process engineering, petroleum engineering, oil and gas storage and transportation, or related majors.
2. More than 10 years of experience in oil and gas engineering, including at least 5 years in process technology management or chief engineer roles for overseas oil and gas processing EPC projects.
3. Strong expertise in the full oil and gas processing workflow, with extensive experience in process design and optimization; ability to drive technical innovation and implement new processes; proficient in relevant design software.
4. Fluent English, able to use English as a working language for technical communication with foreign parties and for preparing documents in English.
5. Strong professional ethics, attention to detail, rigorous and agile thinking; awareness of technical confidentiality, cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Salary: 40-70k · 15 months.
