About this task

职责描述：
1、熟悉EPC项目国际招投标流程和要求，全面负责市场开发部对油气地面工程、油气储运、LNG等业务EPC工程/投融资一体化项目的投标支持工作，包括重点国家和油公司的入网、项目投标资格预审资料准备、商务投标文件的起草和准备工作。
2、负责市场开发部市场推介和宣传材料、业绩资料、资质证明资料、部门管理文件的日常管理和维护工作。
3、负责市场开发部部门会议策划和组织、海内外客户接待、部门日常管理和部门培训工作。
4、负责油气地面工程、油气储运、LNG等业务EPC工程/投融资一体化项目的项目信息管理，前期EPC项目信息的甄别和筛选。
5、做好保密工作，配合其他部室完成相关工作，完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、正规院校统招本科及以上学历，8年以上类似工作经验。
2、具有油气工程、石油化工工程或类似工程市场商务、合同管理工作经验。
3、熟悉EPC工程项目国际招投标报价流程和相关法律法规、标准规范。
4、具备良好的英文阅读、听说和写作能力，英文可作为工作语言。
5、具备较好的沟通协调能力、团队协作能力和高度的工作责任心。

工作地点：阿联酋阿布扎比。
薪资：25-35k。

Responsibilities:
1. Be familiar with the processes and requirements of international bidding for EPC projects, and take overall responsibility for bid support for the Market Development Department on EPC engineering and investment-financing integrated projects in oil and gas surface facilities, oil and gas storage and transportation, LNG and related businesses. This includes registration with key countries and oil companies, preparation of project pre-qualification materials, and drafting and preparation of commercial bidding documents.
2. Manage and maintain the Market Development Department’s marketing and promotional materials, performance records, qualification documents, and departmental management documents.
3. Plan and organize departmental meetings, receive domestic and overseas clients, and support departmental daily management and training.
4. Manage project information for EPC engineering and investment-financing integrated projects in oil and gas surface facilities, oil and gas storage and transportation, LNG and related businesses, including identification and screening of early-stage EPC project information.
5. Maintain confidentiality, cooperate with other departments on related work, and complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized full-time university, with more than 8 years of relevant experience.
2. Experience in market commercial work or contract management for oil and gas engineering, petrochemical engineering, or similar engineering projects.
3. Familiarity with international bidding and quotation processes for EPC engineering projects, as well as relevant laws, regulations, standards, and specifications.
4. Good English reading, listening, speaking, and writing skills; able to use English as a working language.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills, teamwork ability, and a high sense of responsibility.
