About this task
任职要求:
1、硕士研究生及以上学历,计算机科学与技术、软件工程、信息管理、自动化等相关专业;
2、3年及以上智能矿山、数智工厂、数智化转型领域项目工作经验,具备独立负责项目的能力;
3、熟练掌握数据库运维、API集成开发技能,能熟练开展信息系统运维工作;
4、具备业财一体化、人工智能项目实施与运维经验者优先;
5、35岁以下,能适应长期驻外工作;
6、能使用英语作为工作语言。
主要职责:
1、负责制定公司数智化转型技术路线与建设方案,推动矿山管理模式的现代化升级;
2、引进和推动智能化技术落地,围绕安全生产、设备运行、经营决策等关键领域,优化业务流程,提升管理效率与管理质量;
3、开展先进智能矿山技术研究及行业标杆案例的引进与应用推广,组织内部信息化、智能化需求调研;
4、主导智能矿山项目的技术方案编制、设备与系统选型,统筹项目落地实施,并组织培训与后续运维保障,确保系统稳定运行;
5、负责数智化类科研项目的全生命周期管理,包括项目申报、过程推进、成果验收及结题归档,保障科研任务高效落地;
6、负责信息化与智能化系统的用户权限管理、数据维护、系统集成、迭代优化等工作。
Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above in Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, Information Management, Automation, or a related field;
2. At least 3 years of project experience in smart mining, digital and intelligent factories, or digital transformation, with the ability to independently take charge of projects;
3. Proficient in database operations and maintenance, API integration and development, and capable of carrying out information system operations and maintenance;
4. Experience in implementing and maintaining business-finance integration or artificial intelligence projects is preferred;
5. Under 35 years old and able to adapt to long-term overseas assignment;
6. Able to use English as a working language.
Responsibilities:
1. Formulate the company's digital and intelligent transformation technology roadmap and implementation plans, and promote modernization of mine management;
2. Introduce and drive the implementation of intelligent technologies, optimize business processes around key areas such as safety production, equipment operation, and business decision-making, and improve management efficiency and quality;
3. Conduct research on advanced smart mining technologies and introduce and promote industry benchmark cases; organize internal informationization and intelligentization needs research;
4. Lead technical solution preparation, equipment and system selection for smart mining projects, coordinate project implementation, and organize training and subsequent operations and maintenance support to ensure stable system operation;
5. Manage the full lifecycle of digital and intelligent research projects, including project application, process advancement, achievement acceptance, and project closure filing, ensuring efficient delivery of research tasks;
6. Manage user permissions, data maintenance, system integration, and iterative optimization for information and intelligent systems.
