工作地点:马来西亚数据中心项目现场,可长期驻场。
任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,电气工程、暖通空调、建筑环境与能源应用、机电工程等相关专业;具有注册电气工程师、注册公用设备工程师、一级建造师机电专业、PMP等证书者优先。
2. 具有10年以上大型工程机电管理经验,其中不少于3年以上数据中心项目机电实施经验。
3. 至少完整参与过1—2个大型数据中心项目,担任过机电经理、机电负责人或同等级核心岗位;具有国际数据中心业主项目经验者优先。
4. 熟悉数据中心机电系统,包括高低压供配电、变压器、UPS、柴油发电机、母线、暖通制冷、给排水、消防、BMS、EMS、DCIM、安防及弱电系统。
5. 熟悉数据中心机电工程全生命周期管理,能够统筹设计审查、深化设计、设备选型、采购、施工安装、调试、综合测试、验收及移交。
6. 具备较强的多专业接口管理能力,能够协调机电系统与土建、钢结构、建筑装修、ICT设备以及市政永久水、电等外部条件之间的界面。
7. 熟悉数据中心冗余架构及可靠性要求,理解N、N+1、2N等系统配置;了解Uptime Institute Tier III/Tier IV或同类数据中心技术标准。
8. 具备大型关键设备采购及供应商管理经验,能够管控变压器、开关柜、UPS、发电机、冷水机组、冷却塔等长周期设备的技术确认、生产、运输、进场和调试。
9. 熟悉机电施工计划及关键节点管理,能够围绕永久电接入、设备带电、单机调试、系统联调、IST综合系统测试及分阶段上电制定并落实专项计划。
10. 能够审核机电施工图、技术规范、设备材料报审、施工方案、测试调试方案、技术澄清及竣工资料,具备较强的技术判断和现场问题解决能力。
11. 具备机电分包管理、工程量审核、变更索赔、成本控制及合同界面管理能力,能够有效控制机电工程成本和商务风险。
12. 熟悉马来西亚相关法律法规、技术标准、报批报验流程及TNB、BOMBA、ST等主管机构要求;具有马来西亚数据中心项目经验及当地分包、供应商资源者优先。
13. 具备良好的英文听说读写能力,能够独立参加英文技术会议,与业主、顾问、设计单位、设备供应商及专业分包商进行沟通,并审核英文技术文件。
14. 具有较强的组织协调、团队管理、责任意识和抗压能力,能够适应数据中心项目工期紧、设备采购周期长、多专业交叉密集及分阶段移交的工作特点。
Work location: Data center project site in Malaysia; long-term on-site assignment is required.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Built Environment and Energy Application Engineering, MEP Engineering, or related majors. Professional certificates such as Registered Electrical Engineer, Registered Public Utilities Engineer, Class I Constructor in MEP, or PMP are preferred.
2. More than 10 years of MEP management experience in large-scale engineering projects, including at least 3 years of MEP implementation experience on data center projects.
3. Full participation in at least 1–2 large-scale data center projects, having served as MEP Manager, MEP Lead, or an equivalent core role. Experience with international data center owner-side projects is preferred.
4. Familiar with data center MEP systems, including high- and low-voltage power distribution, transformers, UPS, diesel generators, busways, HVAC and cooling, water supply and drainage, fire protection, BMS, EMS, DCIM, security, and ELV systems.
5. Familiar with full-lifecycle management of data center MEP works, including design review, detailed design, equipment selection, procurement, construction and installation, commissioning, integrated testing, acceptance, and handover.
6. Strong multi-disciplinary interface management skills, able to coordinate interfaces between MEP systems and civil works, steel structures, architectural finishes, ICT equipment, and external municipal permanent water and power connections.
7. Familiar with data center redundancy architecture and reliability requirements, with an understanding of N, N+1, 2N and similar system configurations; knowledge of Uptime Institute Tier III/Tier IV or comparable data center technical standards is preferred.
8. Experienced in procurement and supplier management of major critical equipment, able to control technical confirmation, production, transportation, site delivery, and commissioning of long-lead items such as transformers, switchgear, UPS, generators, chillers, and cooling towers.
9. Familiar with MEP construction planning and key milestone management, able to develop and implement special plans around permanent power connection, equipment energization, single-equipment commissioning, system integration commissioning, IST integrated system testing, and phased power-up.
10. Able to review MEP construction drawings, technical specifications, material and equipment submittals, construction method statements, testing and commissioning plans, technical clarifications, and as-built documents, with strong technical judgment and on-site problem-solving ability.
11. Capable of managing MEP subcontractors, quantity review, variation claims, cost control, and contract interface management, and able to effectively control MEP costs and commercial risks.
12. Familiar with Malaysian laws and regulations, technical standards, approval and inspection processes, and requirements of authorities such as TNB, BOMBA, and ST. Experience in Malaysian data center projects and local subcontractor or supplier resources is preferred.
13. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to independently attend technical meetings in English, communicate with owners, consultants, designers, equipment suppliers, and specialist subcontractors, and review English technical documents.
14. Strong organizational coordination, team management, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure; able to adapt to tight data center project schedules, long equipment procurement cycles, intensive multi-disciplinary coordination, and phased handover requirements.
