Project Director (Data Center)

About this task

工作地点：马来西亚数据中心项目。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，土木工程、机电工程、工程管理等相关专业；具备一级建造师、PMP或同等资格者优先。
2. 具有10年以上大型工程项目管理经验，其中不少于5年以上数据中心项目管理经验。
3. 至少担任过1个大型数据中心项目的项目总监、项目经理或核心管理岗位，具有项目全生命周期管理经验。
4. 熟悉数据中心项目设计、采购、施工、测试调试、客户验收及移交全过程，具有土建、机电和ICT系统综合协调能力。
5. 熟悉马来西亚工程建设法律法规、审批流程、CIDB要求及属地分包、劳务和供应链资源；具有马来西亚数据中心项目经验者优先。
6. 熟悉数据中心关键系统，包括供配电、UPS、柴油发电机、暖通制冷、消防、BMS、DCIM、安防及弱电系统。
7. 具备较强的业主沟通、商务谈判、合同管理及索赔管理能力，能够统筹设计单位、专业分包商、设备供应商和属地合作单位。
8. 具有较强的项目经营意识，能够全面负责项目进度、成本、质量、安全、现金流及重大风险管理。
9. 能够使用英语作为工作语言，能够独立主持英文会议、商务谈判并审核合同及技术文件。
10. 具有国际头部数据中心业主或运营商项目经验，以及快速交付、分期上电、边施工边深化设计项目经验者优先。

Work location: Data center project in Malaysia.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in civil engineering, electromechanical engineering, engineering management, or a related field; candidates with a Class 1 Constructor qualification, PMP, or equivalent certification are preferred.
2. More than 10 years of large-scale engineering project management experience, including at least 5 years of data center project management experience.
3. Must have served as Project Director, Project Manager, or in a core management role on at least one large-scale data center project, with full project lifecycle management experience.
4. Familiar with the entire data center project process, including design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning, client acceptance, and handover; capable of coordinating civil works, MEP, and ICT systems comprehensively.
5. Familiar with Malaysian engineering construction laws and regulations, approval processes, CIDB requirements, and local subcontracting, labor, and supply chain resources; experience with data center projects in Malaysia is preferred.
6. Familiar with key data center systems, including power distribution, UPS, diesel generators, HVAC and cooling, fire protection, BMS, DCIM, security, and ELV systems.
7. Strong capabilities in client communication, business negotiation, contract management, and claims management; able to coordinate design institutes, specialist subcontractors, equipment suppliers, and local partners.
8. Strong project business and operational awareness, with the ability to take overall responsibility for project schedule, cost, quality, safety, cash flow, and major risk management.
9. Able to use English as a working language, independently chair English-language meetings and business negotiations, and review contracts and technical documents.
10. Experience with international leading data center owners or operators, as well as fast-track delivery, phased energization, and projects involving construction alongside ongoing design development, is preferred.
