Project Manager (Data Center)

About this task

1. 本科及以上学历，土木工程、机电工程、工程管理等相关专业；具有一级建造师、PMP或相关专业资格者优先。
2. 具有10年以上工程项目管理经验，其中不少于3年以上数据中心项目实施经验。
3. 至少完整参与过1—2个数据中心项目建设，担任过项目经理、常务副经理、施工经理或机电经理等核心岗位。
4. 熟悉数据中心项目现场实施流程，能够组织施工策划、设计深化、材料设备采购、施工协调、测试调试及竣工移交。
5. 具备土建与机电交叉界面管理能力，能够重点协调主体结构、钢结构、装修、供配电、暖通、消防、弱电等专业。
6. 熟悉数据中心项目关键节点管理，包括封顶、设备进场、永久电接入、分阶段上电、系统联调及移交运营。
7. 具备较强的进度计划和资源组织能力，熟悉Primavera P6、Microsoft Project等计划管理工具。
8. 熟悉马来西亚施工管理要求，能够协调政府部门、顾问、业主、分包商、劳务队伍及设备供应商；具有属地资源者优先。
9. 具备较强的安全、质量和风险管理意识，能够适应数据中心项目工期紧、专业多、交叉施工密集的工作特点。
10. 英语能够满足日常工作、会议沟通及函件往来要求，可长期驻马来西亚项目现场。

1. Bachelor's degree or above in civil engineering, electromechanical engineering, engineering management, or related fields; candidates with a Class 1 Constructor certificate, PMP, or relevant professional qualifications are preferred.
2. More than 10 years of engineering project management experience, including at least 3 years of data center project implementation experience.
3. Full participation in at least 1–2 data center construction projects, having served in core roles such as Project Manager, Executive Deputy Manager, Construction Manager, or MEP Manager.
4. Familiar with onsite implementation processes for data center projects, with the ability to organize construction planning, design development, material and equipment procurement, construction coordination, testing and commissioning, and handover upon completion.
5. Capable of managing interfaces between civil works and MEP disciplines, with the ability to coordinate key areas such as main structure, steel structure, fit-out, power supply and distribution, HVAC, fire protection, and ELV systems.
6. Familiar with key milestone management for data center projects, including topping out, equipment delivery, permanent power connection, phased energization, integrated system commissioning, and handover to operations.
7. Strong schedule planning and resource organization capabilities; familiar with planning tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
8. Familiar with construction management requirements in Malaysia, with the ability to coordinate with government authorities, consultants, owners, subcontractors, labor teams, and equipment suppliers; candidates with local resources are preferred.
9. Strong awareness of safety, quality, and risk management, and able to adapt to the tight schedule, multiple disciplines, and intensive cross-trade construction typical of data center projects.
10. English proficiency sufficient for daily work, meetings, and written correspondence; able to be stationed long-term at the project site in Malaysia.
