Supplier Quality Engineer

工作地点：越南海防

工作职责：
1. 主导本地化供应商审核、辅导及改善效果确认。
2. 制定物料入厂 IQC 检验指导书，分析装配过程质量问题，推动供应商整改，提高零件良率。
3. 应对客户审核，包括但不限于准入审核和项目 PPAP 审核。
4. 处理来料材料异常、产线材料异常和客诉材料异常，包括分析、改善、跟进 8D 报告、索赔等。
5. 负责供应商绩效管理。
6. 负责材料变更管理、材料变更断点追踪及旧物料清理，避免混料。

任职要求：
1. 专科及以上学历，三年以上汽车行业供应商品质管理经验。
2. 英语或越南语良好，能够进行对话交流。
3. 精通 IATF16949、ISO9001 等质量管理体系；了解 SMT 工艺制程。
4. 熟悉常用质量工具（8D、5Why、QC 七大手法等）及过程改善和问题分析方法。
5. 具备较强的质量管理意识、发现并解决问题的能力、逻辑思维能力和沟通能力。

Work location: Hai Phong, Vietnam

Responsibilities:
1. Lead audits, coaching, and verification of improvement results for localized suppliers.
2. Prepare IQC inspection work instructions for incoming materials, analyze quality issues in the assembly process, drive supplier corrective actions, and improve part yield.
3. Handle customer audits, including but not limited to access audits and project PPAP audits.
4. Manage abnormalities related to incoming materials, production-line materials, and customer complaints, including analysis, improvement, follow-up on 8D reports, claims, and related matters.
5. Manage supplier performance.
6. Manage material changes, track change cut-in points, and clear old materials to prevent material mixing.

Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above, with more than three years of supplier quality management experience in the automotive industry.
2. Good English or Vietnamese skills, with the ability to communicate in conversation.
3. Proficient in quality management systems such as IATF16949 and ISO9001; familiar with SMT manufacturing processes.
4. Familiar with common quality tools such as 8D, 5Why, and the seven QC tools, as well as process improvement and problem analysis methodologies.
5. Strong quality management awareness, problem identification and solving skills, logical thinking, and communication skills.
