Supplier Quality Engineer

About this task

工作职责：
1、主导本地化供应商审核、辅导及确认改善效果；
2、制定物料入厂IQC检验指导书，分析装配过程质量问题，推动供应商整改，提高零件良率；
3、应对客户审核，包括准入审核和项目PPAP审核等；
4、处理来料材料异常、产线材料异常和客诉材料异常，包括分析、改善、跟进8D报告、索赔等；
5、负责供应商绩效管理；
6、负责材料变更管理、材料变更断点追踪和旧物料清理，避免混料。
任职要求：
1、专科及以上学历，三年以上汽车行业供应商品质管理经验；
2、英语或越南语良好，能进行对话交流；
3、精通IATF16949、ISO9001等质量管理体系，对SMT工艺制程有所了解；
4、熟悉常用质量工具，如8D、5Why、QC七大手法等，以及过程改善和问题分析方法论；
5、具备较强的质量管理意识、发现并解决问题的能力、逻辑思维能力和沟通能力。
薪资：20-30k·14薪。
工作地点：越南海防。

Responsibilities:
1. Lead audits, coaching, and verification of improvement results for localized suppliers;
2. Prepare IQC inspection instructions for incoming materials, analyze quality issues in the assembly process, drive supplier corrective actions, and improve component yield;
3. Handle customer audits, including but not limited to admission audits and project PPAP audits;
4. Address incoming material abnormalities, production-line material abnormalities, and customer-complaint-related material issues, including analysis, improvements, follow-up on 8D reports, claims, etc.;
5. Manage supplier performance;
6. Manage material changes, track change cut-off points, and clear old materials to avoid material mixing.
Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above, with more than three years of supplier quality management experience in the automotive industry;
2. Good English or Vietnamese communication skills for daily conversations;
3. Proficient in quality management systems such as IATF16949 and ISO9001, with some understanding of SMT processes;
4. Familiar with common quality tools such as 8D, 5Why, and the seven QC tools, as well as methodologies for process improvement and problem analysis;
5. Strong quality management awareness, problem-identification and problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and communication skills.
Salary: 20-30k · 14 months.
Location: Hai Phong, Vietnam.
