工作地点:阿联酋迪拜
工作时间:周一至周五 8:30-17:30,午休1-1.5小时

任职要求:
1. 国内正规院校本科及以上学历,机械工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、机电工程、设备管理等相关专业,45岁以下。
2. 10年以上建筑施工机械设备管理相关工作经验,有大型建筑施工企业总部、区域公司或大型项目设备管理负责人经历者优先。
3. 具备海外工程项目经验,有阿联酋或中东地区项目设备管理经验者优先。
4. 熟悉房建、基础设施等施工项目常用机械设备,具备塔式起重机、施工升降机及其他大型起重机械管理经验。
5. 英语能够作为工作语言,可独立参加英文会议、审阅设备技术文件,并与供应商、租赁商及属地机构沟通。
专业能力要求:
1. 熟悉机械设备全生命周期管理,包括需求策划、选型、采购/租赁、进场验收、安装拆卸、使用维护、检验检测、调拨及处置。
2. 熟悉大型起重机械设备安拆技术要求、安全管理标准及风险控制要求,具备专项方案审核和重大风险识别能力。
3. 熟悉设备资产台账、盘点、估值、利用率及成本分析,能够统筹跨项目设备资源配置。
4. 了解中东地区,尤其是阿联酋机械设备、起重设备相关法规、监管及第三方检验要求。
5. 具备设备事故调查分析、隐患整改及应急管理能力。
6. 熟练使用 MS Office 及设备管理相关信息化系统。
管理能力要求:
1. 具备较强的跨项目统筹及团队管理能力,能够指导多个项目设备管理工作。
2. 能够建立和完善设备管理制度、标准、流程及检查评价机制。
3. 具备较强的沟通协调、组织推动、风险判断和问题解决能力。
4. 能够与安全、采购、商务、项目等多部门高效协同,并对重大设备事项提出专业决策建议。
Position: Deputy Equipment Manager, Headquarters Engineering Management Department
Reporting unit: Middle East headquarters of a construction company
Work location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:30, with a 1-1.5 hour lunch break
Benefits: Child education allowance of AED 30,000 if children attend school locally, local medical insurance, high-temperature allowance, English allowance, and year-end bonus. Communication allowance and home-leave flight allowance are included in the monthly salary.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university in China, preferably in mechanical engineering, mechanical design/manufacturing and automation, electromechanical engineering, equipment management, or related fields; under 45 years old.
2. More than 10 years of experience in construction machinery and equipment management; experience as an equipment management lead at the headquarters, regional company, or large project of a major construction enterprise is preferred.
3. Overseas engineering project experience is required; equipment management experience in the UAE or the Middle East is preferred.
4. Familiar with common machinery and equipment used in building construction and infrastructure projects, with experience managing tower cranes, construction hoists, and other large lifting machinery.
5. Able to use English as a working language, independently attend meetings in English, review technical equipment documents, and communicate with suppliers, leasing companies, and local authorities.
Professional competencies:
1. Familiar with full life-cycle management of machinery and equipment, including demand planning, selection, procurement/leasing, site acceptance, installation and dismantling, operation and maintenance, inspection and testing, transfer, and disposal.
2. Familiar with technical requirements for installation and dismantling of large lifting equipment, safety management standards, and risk control requirements; able to review special plans and identify major risks.
3. Familiar with equipment asset ledgers, inventory checks, valuation, utilization rates, and cost analysis; able to coordinate equipment resource allocation across projects.
4. Understand relevant regulations, supervision requirements, and third-party inspection requirements for machinery and lifting equipment in the Middle East, especially the UAE.
5. Capable of equipment accident investigation and analysis, hazard rectification, and emergency management.
6. Proficient in MS Office and equipment management information systems.

1. Strong cross-project coordination and team management skills, with the ability to guide equipment management work across multiple projects.
2. Able to establish and improve equipment management systems, standards, processes, and inspection/evaluation mechanisms.
3. Strong communication, coordination, organizational execution, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills.
4. Able to collaborate efficiently with safety, procurement, commercial, project, and other departments, and provide professional decision-making advice on major equipment matters.
