Sheet Metal Quality Engineer

About this task

岗位职责
1. 负责新产品先期质量策划（APQP），制定控制计划与检验标准，覆盖钣金全制程（下料、冲压、焊接、表面处理等）。
2. 组织实施测量系统分析（MSA）及工装检具验证，确保检测数据准确可靠。
3. 主导试制阶段质量跟踪，完成PPAP资料提交及PSW批准。
4. 运用SPC等工具进行过程监控，推动持续改进；处理客户投诉，主导8D、5Why、鱼骨图分析及闭环。
5. 维护IATF 16949体系运行，参与内审；对检验员进行质量标准与工具培训。

任职资格
1. 本科及以上学历，机械、材料、质量管理等相关专业。
2. 3年以上钣金或精密冲压质量管理经验，有汽车零部件（IATF 16949）背景优先。
3. 精通APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA，熟练使用8D、5Why、鱼骨图，熟悉VDA 6.3。
4. 能独立阅读机械图纸（GB/DIN/JIS/ANSI），理解GD&T；熟悉CMM、影像仪、粗糙度仪等常用量具，了解QC七大手法。
5. 英语CET-4及以上，能读写英文技术文件，编制英文8D及PPAP；口语能沟通者优先。

工作地点：墨西哥圣路易斯波托西州圣路易斯波托西市宝马物流工业园。

Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for new products, and develop control plans and inspection standards covering the full sheet metal process, including blanking, stamping, welding, surface treatment, and related processes.
2. Organize Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and verification of tooling and gauges to ensure accurate and reliable inspection data.
3. Lead quality tracking during the trial production stage, complete PPAP documentation submission, and obtain PSW approval.
4. Use SPC and other tools for process monitoring and continuous improvement; handle customer complaints and lead 8D, 5Why, and fishbone diagram analysis through to closure.
5. Maintain the operation of the IATF 16949 system and participate in internal audits; train inspectors on quality standards and tools.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, materials, quality management, or a related field.
2. More than 3 years of quality management experience in sheet metal or precision stamping; automotive parts experience under IATF 16949 is preferred.
3. Proficient in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA; skilled in 8D, 5Why, and fishbone diagram methods; familiar with VDA 6.3.
4. Able to independently read mechanical drawings (GB/DIN/JIS/ANSI) and understand GD&T; familiar with common measuring instruments such as CMM, vision measuring machines, and roughness testers; knowledge of the seven QC tools.
5. CET-4 English level or above, able to read and write English technical documents and prepare English 8D and PPAP documents; candidates with spoken English communication ability are preferred.
