E-commerce Warehouse Supervisor

About this task

岗位职责：
1、负责电商仓库的统筹安排与进度控制，合理调配人力资源，监控与管理仓库现场各环节，保障仓储运营正常运作，并进行流程优化和成本控制。
2、负责仓库日常管理和团队建设，执行标准化流程和制度，完成收货、上架、配货、退货、订单处理、在库管理、5S管理及入库货物清点验收，确保入库及时性和准确性。
3、合理安排发货订单配货工作，确认次日任务量、预估人力、预排线体，监控进单量并调整排配，确保配货及发货高效，管控发货准确率、准时率、库存准确及效期安全，提升客户满意度。
4、及时掌握仓储情况，负责库存周转管理，对低库存、滞销库存、临效期库存进行预警。
5、做好月度库存盘点，确保实物与账面数据一致，保证库存及出入库准确率。
6、执行并完善仓库规章制度，制定并优化仓库管理策略，提高库存周转率、降低成本，确保仓库工作按时顺利完成。
7、定期分析仓库运营数据，识别问题并提出解决方案，持续改进流程，促进人效最大化。
8、管理、培训和发展仓库团队，尤其是多能工培养，提升团队效率。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，至少3年以上仓库主管或相关工作经验，有电商公司仓储管理经验优先，会印尼语优先。
2、熟悉电商仓储业务流程，了解库存管理，具备一定数据分析经验，适应电商仓储工作节奏。
3、熟练使用仓储管理系统和办公软件。
4、具备良好的组织协调能力和团队管理能力，能够有效管理团队并处理突发状况，有国外工人团队管理经验优先。
5、责任心和执行力强，具备出色的人际沟通能力和问题解决能力，能适应快节奏工作环境，抗压能力强。
工作地点：印度尼西亚 Banten, Tangerang Regency, Pasar Kemis。
薪资：8-13k。

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the overall planning and progress control of the e-commerce warehouse, allocate manpower reasonably, monitor and manage all on-site warehouse operations, ensure normal warehousing operations, and optimize processes and control costs.
2. Manage daily warehouse operations and team development, implement standardized processes and policies, and complete receiving, shelving, picking, returns, order processing, inventory management, 5S management, and inbound goods counting and acceptance to ensure timely and accurate inbound operations.
3. Arrange picking for outbound orders, confirm the next day’s workload, estimate manpower, pre-plan operating lines, monitor current order volume, adjust allocation, ensure efficient picking and shipping, and control shipping accuracy, on-time rate, inventory accuracy, and shelf-life safety to improve customer satisfaction.
4. Keep track of warehousing status, manage inventory turnover, and provide alerts for low-stock, slow-moving, and near-expiry inventory.
5. Conduct monthly inventory counts to ensure consistency between physical inventory and system records, and maintain accuracy of inventory and inbound/outbound operations.
6. Implement and improve warehouse rules and policies, develop and optimize warehouse management strategies, improve inventory turnover, reduce costs, and ensure warehouse tasks are completed smoothly and on time.
7. Regularly analyze warehouse operation data, identify issues, propose solutions, continuously improve processes, and maximize workforce efficiency.
8. Manage, train, and develop the warehouse team, especially multi-skilled workers, to improve team efficiency.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a related role; experience in e-commerce warehousing management is preferred; Indonesian language ability is preferred.
2. Familiar with e-commerce warehousing processes, knowledgeable in inventory management, with some data analysis experience, and able to adapt to the pace of e-commerce warehousing work.
3. Proficient in warehouse management systems and office software.
4. Good organizational, coordination, and team management skills; able to manage teams effectively and handle emergencies; experience managing overseas worker teams is preferred.
5. Strong sense of responsibility and execution, excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, and strong ability to work under pressure.
