一、岗位：电仪调试工程师
二、任职要求：
1. 50岁以下，电气工程、自动化、仪表控制等相关专业。
2. 具备油气、炼化或工业设施电气仪表调试经验；有CPF、站场或EPC项目经验者优先。
3. 熟悉电气系统调试，包括变压器、柴油发电机、MV/LV开关柜、MCC、UPS、蓄电池、VFD、电缆及接地系统等。
4. 熟悉仪表与控制系统调试，包括现场仪表、控制阀、PLC、DCS/ICSS、ESD、FGS、SCADA及通信接口。
5. 能开展回路检查（Loop Check）、点对点测试、联锁/因果逻辑测试、功能测试、带电调试及试运行支持。
6. 熟悉P&ID、单线图、接线图、控制逻辑图、Cause & Effect、I/O List、仪表数据表等技术文件。
7. 了解防爆、电气安全、接地、防雷及相关国际标准，如IEC、API、NFPA、ISA、IECEx/ATEX等。
8. 具备系统移交、Punch List关闭、SAT、Pre-commissioning、Commissioning及Start-up阶段协调经验。
9. 具备良好的英文沟通及技术文件编写能力，能够与业主、PMC、供应商及施工团队协调。
三、薪资福利：月薪到手25,000-30,000元，五险。
四、工作地点：海外中东项目部，伊拉克。
Position: Electrical and Instrumentation Commissioning Engineer
Requirements:
1. Under 50 years old, with a background in electrical engineering, automation, instrumentation control, or related majors.
2. Experience in electrical and instrumentation commissioning for oil and gas, refining, or industrial facilities; experience in CPF, station, or EPC projects is preferred.
3. Familiar with electrical system commissioning, including transformers, diesel generators, MV/LV switchgear, MCC, UPS, batteries, VFD, cables, and grounding systems.
4. Familiar with instrumentation and control system commissioning, including field instruments, control valves, PLC, DCS/ICSS, ESD, FGS, SCADA, and communication interfaces.
5. Able to perform loop checks, point-to-point testing, interlock/cause-and-effect logic testing, functional testing, live commissioning, and start-up support.
6. Familiar with technical documents such as P&IDs, single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, control logic diagrams, Cause & Effect, I/O lists, and instrument datasheets.
7. Knowledge of explosion protection, electrical safety, grounding, lightning protection, and relevant international standards such as IEC, API, NFPA, ISA, IECEx/ATEX.
8. Experience in system handover, punch list closeout, SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up phase coordination.
9. Good English communication and technical documentation skills, with the ability to coordinate with owners, PMC, suppliers, and construction teams.
Salary and Benefits: Net monthly salary of CNY 25,000-30,000, with social insurance.
Work Location: Overseas Middle East project department, Iraq.
