岗位职责：
1、协助销售主管制定店铺年度、季度、月度销售计划；
2、提出新开店铺与老店铺调整申请；
3、依据销售计划，督促各门店分解并执行销售计划，制定详细销售策略；
4、监督各店大客户信息的建立；
5、监督单据流按流程执行，保证钱款安全，保障账实相符；
6、负责店面本地员工管理。

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，法语专业或国际贸易专业；
2、具备较好的法语或英语基础，有一定销售能力；
3、积极主动，能吃苦耐劳，学习能力良好，能与同事融洽相处；
4、欢迎优秀应届毕业生应聘，有相关驻外销售工作经验者优先。

Work location: Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo
Salary: 15-20k

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the sales supervisor in developing annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans for stores;
2. Propose applications for opening new stores and adjusting existing stores;
3. Based on sales plans, supervise each store in breaking down and executing sales plans, and develop detailed sales strategies;
4. Supervise the establishment of key account information in each store;
5. Supervise the document flow according to procedures, ensure fund security, and maintain consistency between accounts and actual records;
6. Manage local store employees.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in French or International Trade;
2. Good foundation in French or English, with certain sales capability;
3. Proactive, hardworking, with good learning ability and able to work well with colleagues;
4. Outstanding fresh graduates are welcome; relevant overseas sales experience is preferred.
