岗位职责:
1. 统筹分公司运输板块资源,落地运输业务年度规划,负责服务覆盖区域、业务份额、运力目标拆解、执行与复盘,支撑业务发展需求。
2. 全面负责车队日常运营管理,包括车辆调度排班、属地司机团队管理考核、安全驾驶管理、车辆维保、备品备件库存管控、燃油管理,推动降本增效。
3. 负责运输业务全维度风险管控,包括道路安全、车辆事故处置、突发事件应急处理、属地路况风险预判,并输出事故复盘及整改方案。
4. 配合管理层开展运输业务拓展、客户对接维护,协同业务部门优化运力方案,保障履约交付。
5. 负责车队台账、费用统计分析,管控车队运营成本(燃油、维修、保险、过路费等),定期输出运营报表。
6. 遵守南非法规,落实车辆证照、保险、属地用工合规,完成车辆年检、证件续期等管理工作。
任职要求:
1. 大专及以上学历,物流、车辆工程、交通运输相关专业优先;专业不做强制,重点看实操经验。
2. 三年及以上海外车队全盘管理经验,必须具备低平板车运营管理、非标准大件货物运输统筹管理经验;有非洲区域物流车队实操经验优先。
3. 英语可作为工作语言,能够独立完成对外沟通,对接修理厂、交管、保险机构。
4. 接受非洲长期常驻,抗压能力强,可应对当地复杂路况及外部突发状况。
优先条件:
1. 熟悉非洲当地交通法规、大件运输许可办理、车辆保险理赔流程,具备属地司机团队管理经验。
2. 懂车辆基础故障判断,熟悉配件采购、维保议价,有车队成本管控实操案例。
3. 具备大件运输突发事件、事故处理经验,擅长属地跨文化人员管理。
4. 会使用车队管理系统、Excel 做数据统计复盘。
5. 拥有南非身份优先。

Salary: 18-30k
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the transportation resources of the branch, implement the annual transportation business plan, and be responsible for breaking down, executing, and reviewing targets for service coverage, business share, and transport capacity to support business development needs.
2. Take full responsibility for daily fleet operations management, including vehicle dispatching and scheduling, local driver team management and performance assessment, safe driving management, vehicle maintenance, spare parts inventory control, and fuel management, with a focus on cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
3. Manage transportation business risks across all dimensions, including road safety, vehicle accident handling, emergency response, local road condition risk assessment, and accident review with corrective action plans.
4. Support management in transportation business development and customer relationship maintenance, and work with business departments to optimize capacity solutions and ensure delivery performance.
5. Maintain fleet records, conduct cost statistics and analysis, control fleet operating costs including fuel, maintenance, insurance, and tolls, and regularly produce operational reports.
6. Comply with South African regulations, ensure compliance for vehicle licenses, insurance, and local employment, and manage vehicle inspections and document renewals.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above; majors in logistics, vehicle engineering, transportation, or related fields are preferred. Major is not mandatory, with emphasis on hands-on experience.
2. At least three years of end-to-end overseas fleet management experience. Experience in low-bed trailer operations and overall management of non-standard oversized cargo transportation is required. Practical experience with logistics fleets in Africa is preferred.
3. Able to use English as a working language and independently communicate externally with repair shops, traffic authorities, and insurance institutions.
4. Willing to be stationed in Africa long term, with strong resilience and the ability to handle complex local road conditions and external emergencies.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with local traffic regulations in Africa, oversized cargo transport permit procedures, vehicle insurance claims processes, and experience managing local driver teams.
2. Ability to diagnose basic vehicle faults; familiarity with spare parts procurement, maintenance negotiation, and practical fleet cost-control cases.
3. Experience handling emergencies and accidents in oversized cargo transportation, and strong cross-cultural local team management skills.
4. Ability to use fleet management systems and Excel for data statistics and operational reviews.
5. South African residency or identity status is preferred.
