岗位：施工经理（海外油气项目）

任职要求：
1. 英语可作为工作语言，能够接受长期海外出差。
2. 15年及以上国际大型EPC工程项目施工管理经验。
3. 熟悉并掌握国际施工验收规范，具备出色的团队管理经验和外籍员工管理经验。
4. 具备良好的沟通和资源协调能力。

工作职责：
1. 负责现场施工方案的计划与执行工作。
2. 负责施工进度计划的执行、检查、调整和监督工作。
3. 组织协调工程施工，合理调配施工力量、设备机具，解决现场施工问题。
4. 参与组织工程项目的试运、投产、竣工验交及竣工资料的送交。

Position: Construction Manager (Overseas Oil & Gas Project)

Requirements:
1. English can be used as a working language, and the candidate must be able to accept long-term overseas business travel.
2. 15 years or more of construction management experience in large international EPC projects.
3. Familiar with and proficient in international construction acceptance standards, with excellent team management experience and experience managing foreign employees.
4. Strong communication and resource coordination skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for planning and implementing on-site construction plans.
2. Responsible for implementing, checking, adjusting, and supervising the construction schedule.
3. Organize and coordinate project construction, allocate construction workforce, equipment, and machinery appropriately, and resolve on-site construction issues.
4. Participate in organizing project commissioning, start-up, completion acceptance, and submission of as-built documentation.
