任职要求：
1. 45岁以下，大专或以上学历，电气相关专业。
2. 具备一定的英语听说读写能力，可以参加英文会议。
3. 必须持有高、低压特种作业证；持有电气或相关专业高级及以上职业资格证书或中级职称证者优先。
4. 熟练掌握供配电设备一、二次图纸阅读；熟悉供配电设备操作流程、控制原理及问题处理；掌握各类变配电及用电设备初期安装完成后的调试、性能测试、上电投运及后续运维流程；能够判断并处理现场用电设备电气故障；熟悉变配电系统设备继电保护原理；能够独立绘制简单电气设备控制原理图，并根据图纸完成相应实物的控制电路及主电路布线。
5. 具备5年以上供配电设备及现场用电设备调试、投产及运维经验；具备3年以上电气专业现场团队管理经验，能够根据现场情况配置人力、制定工作计划并组织实施。
待遇：年薪28.4万-34万元人民币，根据面试结果确定；全年海外项目工作8个月，在家休假4个月；五险一金。

Position: Electrical Engineer
Work Location: Saudi Arabia
Requirements:
1. Under 45 years old, college degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering or a related field.
2. Certain English listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability, with the ability to attend meetings in English.
3. High- and low-voltage special operation certificates are mandatory. Candidates with senior or above vocational qualification certificates in electrical or related fields, or intermediate professional title certificates, are preferred.
4. Proficient in reading primary and secondary drawings of power supply and distribution equipment; familiar with operating procedures, control principles, and troubleshooting of power supply and distribution equipment; familiar with commissioning, performance testing, energization, operation, and subsequent maintenance processes after initial installation of various transformation/distribution and electrical equipment; able to diagnose and handle electrical faults in onsite electrical equipment; familiar with relay protection principles for transformation and distribution system equipment; able to independently draw simple electrical equipment control schematics and complete wiring of corresponding control circuits and main circuits according to drawings.
5. More than 5 years of experience in commissioning, production start-up, and operation and maintenance of power supply/distribution equipment and onsite electrical equipment; more than 3 years of onsite electrical team management experience, with the ability to allocate manpower, develop reasonable work plans, and organize implementation based on onsite conditions.
Compensation and Benefits: Annual salary of RMB 284,000-340,000, determined based on interview results; 8 months of overseas project work per year and 4 months of leave at home; social insurance and housing provident fund.
