工艺工程师-原油处理厂试运投产项目

岗位：工艺工程师，3名
地点：阿联酋迪拜

任职要求：
1. 55岁以下，本科及以上学历，化学工程、工艺工程相关专业，具备良好的英语沟通能力。
2. 8–15年工艺工程经验，其中至少3–5年现场经验。
3. 至少具备以下项目经验之一：EPC项目试运投产；大型油气/化工装置开车；生产装置运行技术支持。
4. 具备中东或海外EPC项目、驻场Commissioning、运维移交/运行接管、原油处理设施运行经验者优先。
5. 熟悉ICSS/DCS、Maximo/ROO等系统。
6. 能熟练阅读并使用PFD/P&ID、Cause & Effect、Alarm & Trip Schedule。
7. 能将设计文件转化为现场可执行操作。
8. 能独立判断何时继续运行、何时降负荷、何时必须停车。
9. 熟悉HAZOP/LOPA基本逻辑及工艺联锁与保护原则。
10. 对禁止操作、操作极限、联锁旁通风险有清晰边界意识。

岗位职责：
1. 编制试运投产与运维支持阶段工艺部分的程序文件，确保经业主审批后达到现场可执行条件。
2. 接受设计和EPC团队的技术交底与系统化技术培训。
3. 执行项目现场试运投产及运维技术支持工作，直至项目最终移交。

薪资福利：税前险前月薪3.6万-4.3万元；上2个月休1个月，休假工资3000元；试用期2个月，试用期薪资80%，转正后补齐；五险一金。

Process Engineer - Crude Oil Processing Plant Commissioning Project

Position: Process Engineer, 3 openings
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Requirements:
1. Under 55 years old; bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields; good English communication skills.
2. 8–15 years of process engineering experience, including at least 3–5 years of site experience.
3. Experience in at least one of the following: EPC project commissioning and start-up; start-up of large oil & gas or chemical facilities; technical support for production facility operations.
4. Experience in Middle East or overseas EPC projects, on-site commissioning, O&M handover/operations takeover, or crude oil processing facility operations is preferred.
5. Familiar with ICSS/DCS and Maximo/ROO systems.
6. Proficient in reading and using PFD/P&ID, Cause & Effect, and Alarm & Trip Schedule documents.
7. Able to translate design documents into executable on-site operations.
8. Able to independently judge when to continue operation, reduce load, or shut down.
9. Familiar with the basic logic of HAZOP/LOPA and principles of process interlocks and protection.
10. Strong awareness of boundaries regarding prohibited operations, operating limits, and interlock bypass risks.

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare process-related procedures for the commissioning and O&M support phases, ensuring they are approved by the client and executable on site.
2. Receive technical briefings and systematic technical training from the design and EPC teams.
3. Carry out on-site commissioning and O&M technical support until final project handover.

Compensation and Benefits: Pre-tax and pre-insurance monthly salary of CNY 36,000–43,000; work 2 months followed by 1 month off, with CNY 3,000 vacation pay; 2-month probation at 80% salary, with the difference paid after confirmation; social insurance and housing fund provided.
