生产监督-乌干达项目

应聘要求：
- 50岁以下（含50岁），大学本科。
- 持有硫化氢证书（可后取）、英语四级证书。
- 10年以上工作经验，了解油田生产、操作及管理。

岗位职责：
1. 协助作业区生产总监完成年度安全生产管理任务，定期进行现场安全检查，确保生产工艺安全可靠。
2. 组织开展现场生产运行工作，协助完成年度生产任务。
3. 负责日常生产报表、产量报表审核及生产计划调整。
4. 负责生产工艺流程调整、停产检修及隔离方案拟定。
5. 提出生产管理及流程优化建议，并组织制定相应技术方案。
6. 组织生产总结和专题技术分析。
7. 熟悉中央控制系统生产控制操作、火气控制系统、生产关断系统相关操作及逻辑关系，系统异常时及时处理并上报。
8. 带领生产操作人员处理应急事件，避免设备损坏、生产关断、漏油漏气等事件。
9. 针对设备设施、流程管线等设计与实际运行不符的情况，提出流程优化意见和建议。
10. 负责油、气、水、化学药剂处理流程的日常生产管理，保证流程平稳运行，油、水合格，并提出合理化建议。
11. 负责生产班组工作计划和总结，做好生产专业费用控制和化学药剂使用管理，根据流程变化提出化学药剂优化方案。
12. 负责生产专业所属设备的巡检、记录，发现问题及时上报。
13. 完善并熟练掌握生产应急程序，发生异常状况时及时汇报并组织处理。
14. 组织班组做好所属设备PM工作，配合其他专业人员处理和解决问题。
15. 负责班组人员基本技能指导、综合培养、绩效考核和梯队建设，负责生产新员工现场培训并提出合理化建议。
16. 支持和配合其他专业或外来承包商在生产区域的施工作业，履行现场负责人职责，做好外来施工人员现场管理。

薪资福利：
- 日薪1600-1750元/天，面试后确定。
- 体检、个人所得税、人员证书、疫苗和国际健康检查（如需要）相关安排按项目执行。
- 公司负责人员倒班费用，包括国际段机票订购及费用、食宿安排及费用、签证办理及费用、安保及费用、雇主责任险。国内段个人垫付，到项目后报销。

休假与地点：
- 上3个月休1个月，根据需求调班，国内休假无工资。
- 试用期1个月，工资正常发放。
- 工作地点：乌干达。

Production Supervisor - Uganda Project

Requirements:
- Under 50 years old, inclusive; bachelor’s degree.
- H2S certificate required, obtainable later; CET-4 English certificate required.
- More than 10 years of work experience, with knowledge of oilfield production, operations, and management.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the production director of the operating area in completing annual safety production management tasks, conduct regular on-site safety inspections, and ensure safe and reliable production processes.
2. Organize on-site production operations and assist in completing annual production targets.
3. Review daily production reports and output reports, and adjust production plans.
4. Adjust production processes and prepare shutdown maintenance and isolation plans.
5. Propose reasonable suggestions for production management and process optimization, and organize the formulation of corresponding technical plans.
6. Organize production summaries and special technical analyses in a timely manner.
7. Be familiar with production control operations of the central control system, as well as operations and logic related to the fire and gas control system and production shutdown system; handle and report system abnormalities promptly.
8. Lead production operators in handling emergencies promptly to avoid equipment damage, production shutdowns, oil leaks, gas leaks, and other incidents.
9. Provide process optimization opinions and suggestions when equipment, facilities, and process pipelines differ from actual operating conditions.
10. Manage daily production for oil, gas, water, and chemical treatment processes, ensure stable process operation and qualified oil and water quality, and provide reasonable suggestions in a timely manner.
11. Prepare work plans and summaries for the production team, control production-related costs and chemical usage, and propose chemical optimization plans based on process changes.
12. Inspect and record equipment under the production discipline, and report problems promptly.
13. Improve and master production emergency procedures, and report and organize handling of abnormal situations promptly.
14. Organize the team to carry out PM work for assigned equipment, cooperate closely with personnel from other disciplines, and resolve problems promptly.
15. Provide guidance on basic skills, comprehensive training, performance assessment, and team development for team members; conduct on-site training for new production employees and provide reasonable suggestions.
16. Support and cooperate with other disciplines or external contractors working in the production area, fulfill on-site responsible person duties, and manage external construction personnel on site.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Daily pay of CNY 1,600-1,750 per day, to be confirmed after interview.
- Arrangements related to medical examinations, personal income tax, personnel certificates, vaccinations, and international health checks if required will be handled according to project needs.
- The company covers rotation-related costs, including international flight booking and costs, accommodation and meals, visa processing and costs, security costs, and employer liability insurance. Domestic travel costs are advanced by the employee and reimbursed after arrival at the project.

Leave and Location:
- Work 3 months and take 1 month off; rotations may be adjusted according to needs. No salary is paid during leave in China.
- Probation period is 1 month, with salary paid as usual.
