岗位：中控工程师
地点：乌干达

应聘要求：
1. 50岁以下（含50岁），大学本科。
2. 持有硫化氢证书（可后取）、英语四级证书。
3. 8年以上工作经验，了解油田生产、操作及管理。

岗位职责：
1. 服从生产监督管理，认真执行上级下达的工作指令和安排。
2. 熟悉中央控制系统的生产控制操作，熟悉火气控制系统、生产关断系统相关操作及逻辑关系；系统异常时及时处理并上报。
3. 根据生产监督指令完成所属设备的PM工作，配合其他专业人员处理和解决现场问题。
4. 针对设备设施、流程管线等设计与实际运行不符的情况，提出流程优化意见和建议。
5. 负责油、气、水、化学药剂处理流程的日常生产管理，保证流程平稳运行及油、水合格，并提出合理化建议。
6. 支持和配合其他专业或外来承包商在生产区域的施工作业，履行现场负责人职责，做好外来施工人员现场管理。
7. 负责生产专业所属设备的巡检、记录，发现问题及时上报。
8. 完善并熟练掌握生产应急程序，发生异常状况时及时汇报并组织处理。
9. 按时完成领导交办的其他任务。

薪资待遇：
1. 日薪1400-1500元人民币/天，面试后确定；涉及体检、个人所得税、人员证书、疫苗和国际健康检查等事项按项目要求执行。
2. 公司负责倒班相关费用，包括国际段机票、食宿、签证、安保、雇主责任险等；国内段费用个人先行垫付，到项目后报销。

休假安排：上3个月休1个月，根据需求调班；国内休假期间无工资。试用期1个月，工资正常发放。

Position: Central Control Engineer
Location: Uganda

Requirements:
1. Under 50 years old (inclusive), with a bachelor's degree.
2. H2S certificate required (may be obtained later) and CET-4 English certificate required.
3. More than 8 years of work experience, with knowledge of oilfield production, operations, and management.

Responsibilities:
1. Follow the management of the production supervisor and carry out work instructions and arrangements from superiors.
2. Be familiar with production control operations of the central control system, as well as the operations and logic of the fire and gas control system and production shutdown system; handle and report system abnormalities in a timely manner.
3. Complete PM work for assigned equipment according to the production supervisor's instructions, and cooperate with other disciplines to handle and resolve site issues.
4. Provide process optimization opinions and suggestions where the design of equipment, facilities, process pipelines, etc. differs from actual operation.
5. Manage daily production of oil, gas, water, and chemical treatment processes to ensure stable operation and qualified oil and water quality, and provide reasonable suggestions.
6. Support and coordinate construction activities by other disciplines or external contractors in the production area, perform the duties of site responsible person, and manage external construction personnel on site.
7. Conduct inspections and keep records for production-related equipment, and report problems promptly.
8. Improve and master production emergency procedures; report and organize handling promptly when abnormal situations occur.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders on time.

Compensation and benefits:
1. Daily wage of RMB 1,400-1,500 per day, to be determined after interview; medical examination, personal income tax, personnel certificates, vaccinations, and international health checks will be handled according to project requirements.
2. The company covers rotation-related costs, including international flights, accommodation and meals, visa, security, and employer liability insurance. Domestic travel costs are advanced by the employee and reimbursed after arrival at the project.

Leave arrangement: Work 3 months and take 1 month off, with rotations adjusted according to project needs. There is no salary during leave in China. The probation period is 1 month, with salary paid as normal.
