工艺工程师-乌干达项目

应聘要求：
1. 50岁以下（含50岁），大学本科。
2. 持有硫化氢证书（可后取）和英语四级证书。
3. 8年以上工作经验，了解油田生产、操作及管理。

岗位职责：
1. 服从生产监督管理，执行上级下达的工作指令和安排。
2. 了解中央控制系统基本操作，熟悉火气控制系统、生产关断系统相关逻辑关系。
3. 根据生产监督指令做好所属设备的PM工作，配合其他专业人员处理和解决问题。
4. 针对设备设施、流程管线等设计与实际运行不符的情况，提出流程优化建议。
5. 负责油、气、水、化学药剂处理流程的日常生产管理，保证流程平稳运行及油、水合格。
6. 支持并配合其他专业或外来承包商在生产区域的施工作业，履行现场负责人职责，做好现场管理。
7. 负责生产专业所属设备的巡检、记录，发现问题及时上报。
8. 完善并熟练掌握生产应急程序，发生异常状况时及时汇报并组织处理。
9. 完成领导交办的其他任务。

待遇与福利：
1. 日薪1400-1500元/天，具体薪资面试后确定。
2. 公司负责体检、个人所得税、人员证书、疫苗和国际健康检查（如需要）相关安排。
3. 公司负责倒班费用，包括国际段机票订购及费用、食宿安排及费用、签证办理及费用、安保及费用、雇主责任险。国内段费用个人垫付，到项目后报销。

休假与地点：
1. 上3个月休1个月，根据需求调班；国内休假期间无工资。
2. 试用期1个月，工资正常发放。
3. 工作地点：乌干达。

Process Engineer - Uganda Project

Requirements:
1. Under 50 years old (inclusive), with a bachelor's degree.
2. Hydrogen sulfide certificate required (can be obtained later) and CET-4 English certificate required.
3. More than 8 years of work experience, with knowledge of oilfield production, operations, and management.

Responsibilities:
1. Follow the management of the production supervisor and carry out work instructions and assignments from superiors.
2. Understand the basic operation of the central control system and be familiar with the logical relationships of the fire and gas control system and production shutdown system.
3. Carry out PM work for assigned equipment according to the production supervisor's instructions, and cooperate with other professionals to handle and resolve issues.
4. Provide process optimization suggestions when equipment, facilities, or process pipelines differ between design and actual operation.
5. Manage the daily production of oil, gas, water, and chemical treatment processes to ensure stable operation and qualified oil and water quality.
6. Support and coordinate construction work by other disciplines or external contractors in the production area, perform on-site responsible person duties, and manage external construction personnel on site.
7. Inspect and record production equipment, and report problems promptly.
8. Improve and master production emergency procedures, report abnormal situations promptly, and organize handling measures.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Compensation and benefits:
1. Daily salary of RMB 1,400-1,500 per day, to be confirmed after the interview.
2. The company will arrange matters related to physical examination, individual income tax, personnel certificates, vaccines, and international health checks if required.
3. The company covers rotation-related costs, including international flight booking and expenses, accommodation and meals, visa processing and fees, security costs, and employer liability insurance. Domestic travel expenses are paid upfront by the employee and reimbursed after arrival at the project.

Leave and location:
1. Work 3 months followed by 1 month off, with schedule adjustments based on project needs; no salary is paid during leave in China.
2. Probation period is 1 month, with salary paid as normal.
3. Work location: Uganda.
