透平工程师-乌干达项目

应聘要求：
1. 50岁以下（含50岁），大学本科。
2. 持有硫化氢证书（可后取）、英语四级证书。
3. 8年以上工作经验，了解油田透平发电机操作、维修及管理。

岗位职责：
1. 负责控制并执行突发性和计划性的维修维护工作。
2. 确保设备设施完整性管理系统中动力部门的预防性维修能够及时有效完成。
3. 确保动力部门有充足的备品、备件。
4. 负责组织和安排动力部门的日常工作。
5. 负责提出并完成故障报告，必要时取得其他部门协助。
6. 负责对不完善的动力设备及流程提出针对性的改造措施或变更方案。
7. 负责组织并管理承包商在动力部门各设施的工作。
8. 负责培训动力部门员工并制定员工培训计划。
9. 担任应急小组成员。
10. 执行维修总监安排的其他工作。

待遇与福利：
1. 日薪1600-1750元/天，具体薪资面试后确定。
2. 公司负责体检、个人所得税、人员证书、疫苗和国际健康检查（如需要）相关安排。
3. 公司负责倒班费用，包括国际段机票订购及费用、食宿安排及费用、签证办理及费用、安保及费用、雇主责任险。国内段费用个人垫付，到项目后报销。

休假与地点：
上3个月休1个月，根据需求调班。试用期1个月，工资正常发放。工作地点：乌干达。

Turbine Engineer - Uganda Project

Requirements:
1. Under 50 years old (including 50), with a bachelor's degree.
2. H2S certificate required, which may be obtained later; CET-4 English certificate required.
3. More than 8 years of work experience, with knowledge of operation, maintenance, and management of oilfield turbine generators.

Responsibilities:
1. Control and carry out emergency and planned repair and maintenance work.
2. Ensure preventive maintenance for the power department within the equipment and facility integrity management system is completed promptly and effectively.
3. Ensure sufficient spare parts and materials are available for the power department.
4. Organize and arrange the daily work of the power department.
5. Prepare and complete failure reports and obtain assistance from other departments when necessary.
6. Propose targeted improvement measures or change plans for imperfect power equipment and related processes.
7. Organize and manage contractors working at various power department facilities.
8. Train employees in the power department and develop employee training plans.
9. Serve as a member of the emergency response team.
10. Perform other tasks assigned by the Maintenance Director.

Compensation and Benefits:
1. Daily salary of CNY 1,600-1,750 per day, to be confirmed after the interview.
2. The company will arrange matters related to medical examinations, individual income tax, personnel certificates, vaccinations, and international health checks if required.
3. The company will cover rotation-related costs, including international flight booking and expenses, accommodation and meals, visa processing, security, and employer liability insurance. Domestic travel expenses are to be advanced by the employee and reimbursed after arrival at the project.

Leave and Location:
Work 3 months followed by 1 month off, with shift adjustments based on project needs. The probation period is 1 month, with normal salary payment. Work location: Uganda.
