Failure Analysis Engineer

About this task

岗位职责：
1. 跟进疑难板维修，准确判定不良原因，达成部门KPI指标，包括维修WIP、维修及时率、维修物料损耗。
2. 在新产品导入阶段，配合工程师分析不良产品问题点。
3. 对产品量产中出现的电子料不良问题，包括来料引起的不良、测试产生的不良，输出FA报告。
4. 提升维修团队不良分析能力，改善分析方法。
5. 与TE工程师及客户、供应商、QA等部门沟通产品不良问题。

岗位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，英语读写能力佳，可制作中英文FA报告者优先。
2. 三年以上电子产品失效分析工作经验，有电子产品焊接、调试、装配工作经验。
3. 具备较强的电路分析能力，熟悉数模电路原理及产品可靠性测试，能熟练使用各类电子测试工具，如AP、信号发生器等。
4. 能分析并解决产品量产过程中出现的电子物料不良问题。
5. 能为内部关联部门提供产品不良问题点分析和支持。
6. 沟通协调能力强，工作执行能力强，服从上级领导工作安排。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Follow up on the repair of difficult defective boards, accurately identify failure causes, and achieve departmental KPI targets, including repair WIP, repair timeliness, and repair material loss.
2. Support engineers in analyzing defective product issues during new product introduction.
3. Prepare FA reports for electronic material defects occurring during mass production, including defects caused by incoming materials and testing.
4. Improve the failure analysis capability of the repair team and enhance analysis methods.
5. Communicate product defect issues with TE engineers and customers, suppliers, QA, and other departments.

Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above; good English reading and writing skills. Candidates who can prepare FA reports in both Chinese and English are preferred.
2. More than three years of experience in failure analysis of electronic products, with experience in soldering, debugging, and assembly of electronic products.
3. Strong circuit analysis skills, familiarity with analog and digital circuit principles and product reliability testing, and proficiency in using various electronic test tools such as AP and signal generators.
4. Able to analyze and solve electronic material defect issues occurring during mass production.
5. Able to provide analysis and support on product defect issues to internal related departments.
6. Strong communication and coordination skills, strong execution ability, and willingness to follow work arrangements from supervisors.
