Logistics Solutions Manager

About this task

岗位职责：
1、负责跨BU或跨部门以及外部资源的协调，处理项目相关事宜；
2、负责VIP大客户管理层关系的开发和维护，协助公司开展业务工作；
3、制定项目和业务方面的政策及长效机制；
4、对项目实施成果和服务质量进行月度、季度考核，识别差距并输出有效解决方案，持续改善项目质量；
5、对项目团队成员的工作业绩进行月度、季度考核，识别差距并输出有效解决方案，帮助团队成员持续改善；
6、完成公司或上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历，5年以上物流解决方案经验；
2、具备行业相关业务的解决方案能力，熟悉解决方案架构和核心能力需求，并能够制定能力实施计划；
3、能够组织公司内部和外部资源，承接客户业务需求或进入新的行业和业务；有0-1业务开发和实施的成功案例；
4、具备良好的资源拉通能力，包括客户界面、供应商界面以及部门间横向协同；
5、全面了解物流市场，对电商物流、跨境供应链、行业物流解决方案有全面认识；具备仓储、配送、快递、相关IT系统等方面解决方案经验，以及搭建大客户体验保障体系及管理经验；
6、具备丰富的新业务拓展经验，并具备出色的新业务导入和落地推动能力；
7、具备同时管理多个项目的能力，包括项目交付管理、组织建设、经营管理和客户满意度管理；
8、具备良好的英语沟通能力。

工作地点：泰国
薪资：25-40k

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate across BUs or departments and with external resources to handle project-related matters;
2. Develop and maintain relationships with management teams of VIP key accounts, and support the company’s business development activities;
3. Establish policies and long-term mechanisms for projects and business operations;
4. Conduct monthly and quarterly assessments of project implementation outcomes and service quality, identify gaps, provide effective solutions, and continuously improve project quality;
5. Conduct monthly and quarterly performance assessments of project team members, identify gaps, provide effective solutions, and help team members improve continuously;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the company or supervisors.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a regular full-time university, with more than 5 years of experience in logistics solutions;
2. Strong solution capability for relevant industry businesses, familiarity with solution architecture and core capability requirements, and the ability to develop implementation plans;
3. Ability to organize internal and external company resources to meet customer business needs or enter new industries and business areas; successful experience in 0-to-1 business development and implementation is required;
4. Strong ability to align resources across customer interfaces, supplier interfaces, and cross-department collaboration;
5. Comprehensive understanding of the logistics market, including e-commerce logistics, cross-border supply chains, and industry logistics solutions; rich experience in solutions for warehousing, distribution, express delivery, and related IT systems, as well as experience building and managing key-account experience assurance systems;
6. Extensive experience and capability in new business expansion, with strong ability to introduce and drive the implementation of new business initiatives;
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including project delivery, organizational setup, business operations, and customer satisfaction management;
8. Good English communication skills.
