English External Relations Manager

About this task

岗位职责
1. 承担商务口译、笔译，保障项目现场、政企会谈沟通顺畅，完成公文、证照资料翻译归档；
2. 负责对接当地财政部、矿业部、环保部等政府主管部门，维护政企关系，跟进证照报批、年检、政府检查接待，协调解决项目合规相关问题；
3. 开展商务对接、外部关系维护，收集属地政策动态，为项目运营提供支持；
4. 完成领导交办的其他外联、翻译及项目相关工作。

任职要求
1. 40岁以下，形象气质良好，具备较强沟通谈判、逻辑分析能力；
2. 大专及以上学历，英语相关专业，商务口笔译能力扎实；
3. 英语专八级，熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件，具备公文材料撰写能力；
4. 3年以上驻外矿业政企外联实操经验，有对接当地财政、矿业、环保等政府部门实操经历优先；
5. 能适应海外矿区驻场，吃苦耐劳，抗压能力强，无不良嗜好。

Responsibilities
1. Provide business interpretation and translation to ensure smooth communication at the project site and in government-enterprise meetings, and complete the translation, filing, and archiving of official documents and license materials;
2. Liaise with local competent government authorities such as the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Mines, and Ministry of Environment, maintain government-enterprise relationships, follow up on license applications, annual inspections, and reception for government inspections, and coordinate the resolution of project compliance-related issues;
3. Carry out business liaison and external relationship maintenance, collect local policy updates, and provide support for project operations;
4. Complete other external relations, translation, and project-related tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements
1. Under 40 years old, with a professional appearance and strong communication, negotiation, and logical analysis skills;
2. College degree or above, majoring in English or a related field, with solid business interpretation and translation skills;
3. TEM-8 English proficiency, proficient in Word, Excel, and other office software, with the ability to draft official documents;
4. More than 3 years of hands-on overseas experience in government-enterprise external relations in the mining industry; practical experience liaising with local finance, mining, environmental protection, and other government departments is preferred;
5. Able to be stationed at an overseas mining site, hardworking, resilient under pressure, and free of bad habits.
