About this task

职责描述：
1、主导墨西哥工厂生产计划制定与执行，统筹排产及一线人员配置，优化生产节拍，提升产线效率，保障订单按时按量交付。
2、协同生产、采购、仓储各业务模块，实现物料、人力与生产进度匹配，减少待料停线与人力浪费，控制生产损耗。
3、识别处置生产各类异常，动态优化排产与人力排布并输出解决方案，减少非必要成本损耗。
4、开展产能负荷分析，评估订单交期与人力需求，输出交付方案，最大化产能及人员利用率。
5、维护计划、人力相关业务数据，输出生产进度及达成率分析报告，以数据支撑节拍优化、人力增效与降本改善。
6、参与库存管控，提升物料周转效率，降低呆滞库存，压降库存相关成本。

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，专业不限，年龄35周岁以下，英语/西班牙语可作为工作语言。
2、具备生产计划、物料控制或供应链管理相关工作经验，有机械行业工作经验，具备墨西哥当地工作经验优先考虑。
3、熟悉生产制造全流程，拥有制程降本专项项目实操经验，具备优秀的数据梳理与分析能力，可通过数据驱动工艺优化与成本改善。
4、具备良好的跨文化沟通协调能力和抗压能力，能适应长期派驻墨西哥工作。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the formulation and execution of production plans for the Mexico factory, coordinate production scheduling and frontline staffing, optimize production rhythm, improve line efficiency, and ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.
2. Coordinate production, procurement, and warehousing functions to align materials, manpower, and production progress, reduce downtime caused by material shortages and manpower waste, and control production losses.
3. Identify and handle various production abnormalities, dynamically optimize scheduling and manpower allocation, and provide solutions to reduce unnecessary cost losses.
4. Conduct capacity load analysis, evaluate order delivery timelines and manpower needs, provide delivery plans, and maximize capacity and personnel utilization.
5. Maintain planning and manpower-related business data, produce production progress and achievement-rate analysis reports, and support rhythm optimization, manpower efficiency improvement, and cost reduction through data.
6. Participate in inventory control, improve material turnover efficiency, reduce obsolete inventory, and lower inventory-related costs.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, any major; under 35 years old; English and/or Spanish can be used as working languages.
2. Experience in production planning, material control, or supply chain management; experience in the machinery industry is required, and local work experience in Mexico is preferred.
3. Familiar with the full manufacturing process, with hands-on experience in process cost-reduction projects; strong data organization and analysis skills, with the ability to drive process optimization and cost improvement through data.
4. Strong cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to be stationed in Mexico long term.
