About this task

岗位职责：
1. 负责新加坡市场优质商务资源开拓，并建立良好合作关系；
2. 了解并分析市场动态，掌握各大船司的优势和服务特色，预测市场发展趋势，为公司业务发展提供信息支持；
3. 统筹管理新加坡市场客户维护和开发工作；
4. 协同公司各业务单元开展业务开发；
5. 负责区域团队建设和管理。

任职资格：
1. 物流管理、国际贸易等相关专业本科及以上学历，英语可作为工作语言；
2. 具备国际货代、贸易物流、船运港口、航空航运等相关行业5年以上工作经验，3年以上同岗位工作经验；有客户或渠道资源者优先；
3. 具备优秀的经营管理能力；
4. 具备优秀的领导力和人际交往、社会活动能力。

工作地点：新加坡，具体地址面试告知。
薪资：25-50k

Responsibilities:
1. Develop high-quality business resources in the Singapore market and establish strong partnerships;
2. Understand and analyze market trends, stay informed about the strengths and service features of major shipping companies, forecast market development trends, and provide information support for business growth;
3. Oversee customer maintenance and business development in the Singapore market;
4. Collaborate with various business units on business development initiatives;
5. Be responsible for regional team building and management.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management, International Trade, or related fields; English can be used as a working language;
2. More than 5 years of experience in international freight forwarding, trade logistics, shipping ports, air freight/aviation logistics, or related industries, with over 3 years in a similar role; candidates with customer or channel resources are preferred;
3. Excellent business operation and management capabilities;
4. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and social networking skills.
