Freight Forwarding Operations Specialist

About this task

岗位职责：
1、接受客户委托，负责联系订舱、拖车、报关报检、提单确认等事宜，熟悉货代一票到底流程，并与海外代理协调沟通；
2、寻求供应商并进行询价，熟悉市场价格，能独立完成岗位操作；
3、妥善、灵活处理出货期间发生的各类意外和突发事件；
4、将业务信息录入管理系统，完成业务结算工作。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，国际贸易或相关专业优先；
2、具备良好的英语听说读写能力，德语流利者优先；
3、具有良好的沟通协调和应变能力；
4、亲切随和、耐心细致，具备客户服务意识；
5、具有1年及以上货代行业操作经验；
6、有驾照者优先。
工作地点：德国汉堡。
薪资：15-30k。

Responsibilities:
1. Accept client assignments and handle booking, trucking, customs declaration and inspection, bill of lading confirmation, and related matters; be familiar with the end-to-end freight forwarding process and coordinate with overseas agents;
2. Identify suppliers and request quotations, understand market pricing, and independently manage daily operational work;
3. Properly and flexibly handle unexpected issues and emergencies during shipments;
4. Enter business information into the management system and complete business settlement work.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in international trade or related fields are preferred;
2. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; fluency in German is preferred;
3. Strong communication, coordination, and adaptability skills;
4. Friendly, patient, detail-oriented, and customer-service minded;
5. At least 1 year of freight forwarding operations experience;
6. A driver's license is preferred.
Work location: Hamburg, Germany.
Salary: 15-30k.
