Operations Supervisor/Manager

About this task

岗位职责：
1. 负责日常海运操作的流程监控、订舱管理、货物运输、跟踪、报关、结算等事宜；
2. 负责监督、检查公司内各项目，及时完成对账、结算工作；
3. 负责协调和处理进出口过程中遇到的咨询、投诉、纠纷等情况；
4. 负责对公司的运作业务量和运作成本进行分析，提出纠正改善措施，优化出口操作流程，降低物流成本。

职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，国际贸易、物流相关专业，英语口语流利；
2. 8年以上进出口操作及管理经验，5年及以上团队管理经验，侧重船运；
3. 熟悉进出口流程及操作、清关与查验流程，具备单证、货代、报关、报检、口岸操作、集装箱运输等进出口贸易知识，熟悉市场变化；
4. 拥有团队管理经验和培训能力，具备优秀的决断能力，能够应对突发异常事件，并有丰富的实际操作经验；
5. 具备良好的沟通、协调、组织及领导能力，具有强烈的责任心和团队协作精神。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Monitor daily ocean freight operations, including booking management, cargo transportation, tracking, customs declaration, settlement, and related matters;
2. Supervise and inspect internal projects, and complete reconciliation and settlement work in a timely manner;
3. Coordinate and handle inquiries, complaints, disputes, and other issues encountered during import and export processes;
4. Analyze operational business volume and costs, propose corrective and improvement measures, optimize export operation processes, and reduce logistics costs.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field, with fluent spoken English;
2. More than 8 years of import/export operations and management experience, including at least 5 years of team management experience, with a focus on shipping;
3. Familiar with import/export procedures and operations, customs clearance and inspection processes, and knowledgeable in documentation, freight forwarding, customs declaration, inspection declaration, port operations, container transportation, and other import/export trade practices; familiar with market changes;
4. Team management and training experience, strong decision-making ability, the ability to handle unexpected abnormal situations, and rich hands-on operational experience;
5. Strong communication, coordination, organization, and leadership skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
