Athletic Footwear Product Development Specialist

About this task

职责：
1. 负责品牌客户产品开发，对接开发与量产单位，确认鞋品进度。
2. 跟进制鞋工艺、材料色卡交接，协助型体顺利导入量产。
3. 统筹开发相关事务，包括成本、品质、交期等。
4. 使用英语与国外客户沟通，回应客户需求并解决问题，协助客户到访行程接待。

要求：
1. 大学及以上学历，专业不限。
2. 英语听说读写流利。
3. 有鞋业运动鞋开发工作经验。
4. 个性开朗，擅长沟通。
5. 愿意接受海外派驻。

薪资：面议。
地点：越南宁平省。

Responsibilities:
1. Handle product development for brand clients, coordinate with development and mass production teams, and track footwear development progress.
2. Follow up on footwear manufacturing processes and material color-card handovers, and support smooth model transition into mass production.
3. Coordinate development-related matters, including cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
4. Communicate with overseas clients in English, respond to client needs, solve issues, and assist with reception arrangements for client visits.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; major is not limited.
2. Fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
3. Experience in athletic footwear development in the footwear industry.
4. Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
5. Willing to accept an overseas assignment.

Salary: Negotiable.
