FP&A Specialist/Supervisor

About this task

职责：
1. 配合处理集团内部稽核审计事项。
2. 参与及协调年中盘点、年终盘点（材料、固定资产），制定年度预算。
3. 进行成本经营分析及数据分析，编制财务报表，优化改善系统数据风险管控。
4. 完成单据审核、资金预算审查及调度沟通。
5. 管理团队内部工作安排和计划，提高团队专业技能。

要求：
1. 大学及以上学历，财务会计相关专业。
2. 有制造业财务经验者优先。
3. 具备扎实的财务、税务专业知识及账务处理经验。
4. 有团队建设意识和责任心，沟通协调能力强。
5. 具备一定英语能力，可使用英语书写和口语交流。
6. 接受公司调派至印尼/越南。

薪资：10-15k·13薪，具体可面议。
地点：印尼 Solo。

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and support internal audit matters within the group.
2. Participate in and coordinate mid-year and year-end inventory counts for materials and fixed assets, and prepare annual budgets.
3. Conduct cost and business performance analysis and data analysis, prepare financial statements, and optimize risk control for system data.
4. Review documents, examine fund budgets, and coordinate fund allocation and communication.
5. Manage internal team work arrangements and plans, and improve the team’s professional capabilities.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, or related fields.
2. Manufacturing finance experience is preferred.
3. Solid knowledge of finance and taxation, with accounting processing experience.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and team-building awareness, with strong communication and coordination skills.
5. Certain English proficiency, with the ability to write and communicate orally in English.
6. Willing to accept company assignments to Indonesia/Vietnam.

Salary: 10-15k with 13-month pay; negotiable.
Location: Solo, Indonesia.
